AC400型水泥车混浆系统改造
[Abstract]:Cement truck is the most important equipment in cementing industry. Cement truck mixing system is the core component of cement truck to realize even mixing. In order to realize the reuse of AC-400 cement vehicle, By comparing and analyzing the AC-400 cement truck and the single pump cement truck, the original AC-400 cement truck has been reformed, which has changed the shortcomings of the peripheral mixing equipment and the single nozzle mixer. The homogeneity of cement slurry density is improved effectively, the stability is strong, the mixing process does not pollute the environment, the cementing operation increases the risk, the health of the workers is more effectively protected, and the field HSE performance level is continuously improved. In this paper, the hydraulic system, mixing system and pipeline layout of cement truck are studied and analyzed in this paper. The direction and method of the modification of AC-400 type cement vehicle are analyzed. Under the condition of not changing the general appearance of cement truck, using the chassis diesel engine to take force. By adding hydraulic system, adding two centrifugal pumps and adding a new mixer, the original mixing mode can be completely changed, the mixing efficiency and quality can be improved, and the airtight ash removal can be realized. The emphasis of the research is to solve the problem of dynamic matching and hydraulic system setting of the mixing system. Finally, a systematic research and transformation scheme of cement truck is formed. Through the operation data of 9 wells, it is shown that the reconstruction scheme can complete the closed ash and slurry mixing, realize centralized control and single operation. Relatively directly enough to buy a single pump cement truck saves a lot of cost, although the modified cement truck does not have high pressure, large ash content, complex and high quality risk oil and gas reservoir cementing operations, However, it can completely deal with surface cementing and cementing operations of 1000 meters or so, reduce the cost of cementing operation, create obvious economic value and solve the field demand.
