大港油田水平井钻井液滤饼解除技术研究与应用

【摘要】:钻开油气层时,在正压差、毛管力的作用下,钻井液中的固相进入油气层造成孔喉堵塞,其液相进入油气层与油气层岩石和流体作用,破坏油气层原有的平衡,从而诱发油气层潜在损害因素,造成渗透率下降。由于水平井开发具有其特殊性(钻井工艺难度大、与油层接触面积大、接触时间长、完井方式大多采用筛管完成、需要通过长的生产井段和大的泄油面积来提高单井产量),这种情况在水平井中则更为严重。学位论文以大港油田近年来使用的水平井钻井液为主要研究对象,实验研究了原钻井液滤饼解除技术的各项技术指标,并分析了原钻井液体系的不足,在此基础上进行了GC系列水平井钻井液滤饼解除技术的研发与评价。研发了三套具有强针对性的水平井钻井液滤饼解除处理液体系。经过体系处理过的岩心渗透率恢复率达到91%以上,体系中采用多种功用组分相互有机结合组成复合作用的工作液的方式,提高作用效果的同时,减少了工作液的种类,为体系现场应用降低成本奠定了基础。其主要性能指标远超过了现用体系(清洗、溶蚀、破胶),辅助性能指标(防膨、稳铁、助排、缓蚀)也位居前列,达到了预期目的;并且还具有反应速度快,施工工艺简单,施工时间短的特点。完成现场先导性试验14口井,试验井施工成功率100%,无一井发生漏失等事故。施工中泵压逐渐下降,排量逐渐上升,表明随着施工的进行,井筒内和近井壁处的钻井液和钻井液滤饼堵塞物被解除返出,液流通道被疏通;投产后液量充足,动液面高,产量基本达到或超过了配产水平;可对比井的米采液指数平均提高提高94.2%,试验井米采液指数平均提高提高53.8%。
[Abstract]:When drilling oil and gas reservoir, under the action of positive pressure difference and capillary force, the solid phase of drilling fluid entering oil and gas reservoir causes pore throat blockage, and its liquid phase enters oil and gas reservoir with rock and fluid, thus destroying the original equilibrium of oil and gas reservoir. Therefore, the potential damage factors of oil and gas reservoir are induced, resulting in the decrease of permeability. Because horizontal well development has its particularity (drilling process is difficult, contact area with oil layer is large, contact time is long, completion mode is mostly completed by sieve pipe), It is necessary to increase single well production by long production section and large oil discharge area, which is more serious in horizontal wells. Taking the horizontal well drilling fluid used in Dagang Oilfield in recent years as the main research object, the technical indexes of the original drilling fluid filter cake removal technology are studied experimentally, and the deficiencies of the original drilling fluid system are analyzed. On this basis, the development and evaluation of filter cake removal technology for GC series horizontal well drilling fluid are carried out. Three sets of filter cake for horizontal well drilling fluid were developed. The recovery rate of core permeability treated by the system is more than 91%. In the system, the multiple functional components are combined with each other organically to form a compound working fluid, which improves the effect of the operation and reduces the type of the working fluid. It lays a foundation for the field application and cost reduction of the system. The main performance index is far more than the current system (cleaning, dissolution, gel breaking), auxiliary performance index (anti-expansion, iron stabilization, drainage, corrosion inhibition) is also in the forefront, achieving the desired purpose, and also has a fast reaction, simple construction technology, The characteristic of short construction time. There are 14 pilot test wells in the field, and the success rate of the test wells is 100. No leakage accident occurred in one well. The pump pressure decreases gradually and the displacement increases gradually during the construction, which indicates that the drilling fluid and filter cake clogging in and near the well wall are removed and returned with the construction, the fluid flow channel is dredged, the liquid quantity is sufficient and the moving liquid level is high after putting into production, The yield can basically reach or exceed the level of mixed production, and the average rice fluid recovery index of the test well can be increased by 94.2 and 53.8 percent on average, compared with that of the well and the test well respectively.
