基于CT扫描的微观剩余油量化表征
[Abstract]:In this paper, based on CT scanning system and VB programming platform, a software system is developed to sort and analyze the scanning data. A software for 3D reconstruction of CT scan results is developed, and the 3D pore structure is analyzed. The microscopic residual oil was analyzed, and the qualitative and quantitative characterization of different types of pore structure and microcosmic residual oil was carried out. The experimental test method and software identification method suitable for the occurrence state of micro residual oil were designed and established. The three-dimensional skeleton information, pore morphology and micro-residual oil distribution of rock are sorted and analyzed. A quantitative statistical analysis method for the occurrence of residual oil is presented. The relationship between pore and residual state of residual oil is analyzed, and the quantitative characterization parameters for describing the occurrence state of micro residual oil are given. The corresponding pore structure and the classification standard of remaining oil are obtained. Finally, laboratory core displacement experiments were used to sort out and analyze the micro residual oil distribution in different displacement stages and positions. Combining macroscopic residual oil with micro residual oil, the distribution of micro residual oil in different displacement stages and different positions is analyzed. A set of imaging methods for 3D CT scanning was formed. A series of software for 3D CT image processing and analysis was designed and used to analyze 3D pore structure and micro residual oil. Different types of pore structure and micro residual oil were qualitatively and quantitatively characterized, and an experimental test method and a software identification method suitable for the occurrence state of micro residual oil were designed and established. The relationship between pore and residual state of residual oil is analyzed, and the quantitative characterization parameters for describing the occurrence state of micro residual oil are given. The corresponding pore structure and classification criteria of remaining oil are obtained. The results of laboratory experiments show that, after water flooding or polymer flooding, the occurrence state of micro residual oil gradually changes from porous and large columnar to oil film, oil droplet is changed excessively, and residual oil at the inlet end of the same layer is changed. After water flooding and polymer flooding, the residual oil of continuous slice decreased, and the number of micro residual oil increased obviously.
