玻璃纤维对硫铝酸钙水泥石力学性能的影响

【摘要】:随着油气田开采难度和井下情况复杂化程度的增加,常规水泥环易发生脆裂,进而影响水泥环的层间封隔作用,影响井筒完整性。硫铝酸钙水泥是一种性能优良的固井水泥材料,为了了解硫铝酸钙水泥在固井工程中应用的潜力,制作了玻璃纤维增强硫铝酸钙水泥石(CSA/GRC)样品,利用X射线衍射法分析不同龄期硫铝酸钙水泥的晶体水化产物;通过三轴应力-应变实验,测试CSA/GRC固井水泥石的力学性能;采用扫描电子显微镜观察CSA/GRC固井水泥石断裂面的微观形貌,分析玻璃纤维在硫铝酸钙水泥石中的增韧机理。研究结果表明:CSA/GRC固井水泥石具有良好的韧性和力学形变能力,轴向抗压强度和极限应变值比常规玻璃纤维固井水泥石分别提高了约45%和300%;玻璃纤维与硫铝酸钙水泥体系之间有良好的复合能力,纤维抗腐蚀性能强;通过应力分散作用和桥联作用,玻璃纤维可约束裂缝的进一步扩展,从而提高固井水泥石的韧性。
[Abstract]:With the increase of the difficulty of oil and gas field production and the complication of the downhole condition, the conventional cement ring is prone to brittle fracture, which affects the interlayer sealing of the cement ring and the wellbore integrity. Calcium sulphoaluminate cement is a kind of cementing cement with excellent properties. In order to understand the potential application of calcium sulphoaluminate cement in cementing engineering, glass fiber reinforced calcium sulphoaluminate cement (CSA-GRC) sample was made. The crystal hydration products of calcium sulphoaluminate cement at different ages were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, and the mechanical properties of CSA / GRC cemented cement were tested by triaxial stress-strain test. The fracture surface morphology of CSA-GRC cemented cement stone was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the toughening mechanism of glass fiber in CSA-GRC cemented cement was analyzed. The research results show that the cementing cement of CSA / GRC has good toughness and mechanical deformation ability. The axial compressive strength and ultimate strain value of glass fiber cementing cement are increased by about 45% and 300%, respectively, the composite ability of glass fiber and calcium sulphoaluminate cement system is good, and the corrosion resistance of fiber is strong. Through stress dispersion and bridging, glass fiber can restrain the further expansion of fracture, thus improving the toughness of cemented cement.
