大庆采油七厂某污水处理站含油污水处理工程设计

【摘要】:目前,大部分油田已进入石油开采的中期和后期,原油含水率可高达90%。油水分离产生大量的含油污水,这部分水资源可以经过处理作为油田回注水水源。本论文针对大庆油田采油七厂采出水的水质特点,对该油田采出水进行处理,总体把握工程设计过程。油田采出水具有大量悬浮颗粒、高含油量、高COD、高矿化度以及含有微生物等特性。本次设计有混凝气浮系统、预过滤系统、超滤系统。其中混凝气浮系统和预过滤系统是进入超滤系统处理阶段前的预处理,目的是去除部分水中颗粒物,使进水水质达到进入超滤膜系统的水质要求;而超滤膜系统则是去除水中含油、微生物、COD以及剩下的悬浮颗粒,最终实现处理后的油田采出水达到回注的要求。
[Abstract]:At present, most oil fields have entered the middle and late stages of oil production, the water cut of crude oil can be as high as 90%. Oil-water separation produces a large amount of oily sewage, which can be treated as water source for oilfield water injection. In this paper, according to the characteristics of produced water quality in No.7 Oil recovery Plant of Daqing Oilfield, the produced water of Daqing Oilfield is treated, and the engineering design process is generally grasped. Oilfield produced water has a large number of suspended particles, high oil content, high COD, high salinity and microorganism. This design has coagulation air flotation system, pre-filtration system, ultrafiltration system. The coagulation air flotation system and the pre-filtration system are pre-treated before entering the ultrafiltration system. The purpose is to remove some of the particles in the water and make the influent water quality meet the water quality requirements of the ultrafiltration membrane system. The ultrafiltration membrane system is to remove the oil, microbial COD and the remaining suspended particles in the water, so that the treated oilfield produced water can meet the requirements of injection.
