一种新型高温酸化缓蚀剂的制备及其应用

【摘要】:为了满足高温高压井酸化施工的需求,以3-甲基吡啶,氯化苄为主要原料,合成了一种吡啶类季铵盐。在吡啶类季铵盐中复配一定比例的增效剂和表面活性剂,制备出一种新型高温酸化缓蚀剂HTCI-2,并对其基本性能进行评价。由评价结果可知,在180℃、16 MPa,20%HCl或者土酸,4.5%加量条件下,N80试片的腐蚀速率为38.1 g/(m2·h)和39.6 g/(m2·h)。通过SEM电镜扫描、EDS能谱测试和极化曲线测试可以看出,HTCI-2为一种以抑制阳极反应过程为主的混合型缓蚀剂。HTCI-2能在N80钢片表面形成一层致密的保护膜,有效地阻止酸液和钢铁表面的接触。HTCI-2不含有毒的炔类化合物,与常用的酸化添加剂配伍性良好。在滨深油田滨深22-8井进行了现场试验,工程施工顺利。
[Abstract]:A pyridine quaternary ammonium salt was synthesized from 3-methylpyridine and benzyl chloride in order to meet the requirements of acidizing operation in high-temperature and high-pressure wells. A new high temperature acidizing inhibitor HTCI-2 was prepared by adding a certain proportion of synergist and surfactant in pyridine quaternary ammonium salt and its basic properties were evaluated.
