基于Rockwell的渤海油气田海上平台监控系统的设计和应用
[Abstract]:Based on the deep analysis of the structure of offshore oil platform control system and the requirements of offshore platform automation control system, the design, configuration and development of offshore platform automation control system are completed. Some feasible improvement methods are proposed for the typical problems of the control system, namely, the flow control problem and the equipment control problem. Firstly, this paper analyzes the necessity and importance of the automatic control system for offshore oil platform, and introduces the Net Linx three-layer network architecture, ControlLogix system, and the Rockwell software platform proposed by Rockwell Automation Company. The control layer based on ControlNet and the information layer. Rockwell software platform based on Ethernet/IP are mainly composed of programming software, network configuration, communication driver and monitoring software. Furthermore, the architecture of the offshore platform control system is analyzed, and the overall scheme of the offshore platform automation control system is designed according to the platform's demand for the control system. On this basis, three subsystems in the whole offshore oil platform control system-process control system, emergency shutdown control system, fire and gas detection control system, The development of PLC control program and the design of human computer interface are introduced in detail. According to the actual production situation in the field, in the end of the paper, aiming at the typical control problems existing in the control system, that is, the flow control problem and the equipment control problem, the feasible improvement methods are put forward on the basis of in-depth analysis. The reliability and stability of the control system are improved. Finally, the function of the system is tested from two aspects: function test and performance test. The research results not only improve the production efficiency of offshore platform, safety of personnel and the protection of marine environment, but also provide a reference for the platform which is in urgent need of the transformation of offshore automatic control system in Bohai Oilfield in the near future.
