一种柴油超深度脱硫加氢精制催化剂载体生产过程优化

【摘要】:勾了提高一种柴油超深度脱硫加氢精制催化剂(简称脱硫加氢精制剂)催化活性与稳定性,需要生产一种高比表面积、较小孔体积(0.95±0.05 m1·g-1)的拟薄水铝石(简称干胶粉),用于生产孔径分布4-13nm区间集中度比例超过85%的催化剂载体,进一步用于生产柴油超深度脱硫加氢精制催化剂,以提高该型号催化剂的活性和选择性通过硫酸铝法制备干胶粉,研究结果表明:中和与老化过程对干胶粉孔道性能影响很大。在中和成胶反应中,控制硫酸铝浓度控制在50 g·L-1,偏铝酸钠浓度控制在100 g·L-1;中和反应pH控制在7.7±0.1:物料的老化时间控制为4h左右,老化温度控制在80士2℃生产出的干胶粉比表面积稳定在310~330m2·g-1,孔体积稳定在0.9~1.0 m1·g-1,平均孔径4-5 nm,孔径分布4-40 nm区间比例达到78-88%。在加氢催化剂载体生产过程中,研究了载体成型和焙烧工序对载体孔道性能的影响,研究结果表明:在酸粉比为2.5,液粉比为0.95-1.0,混料过程中碾压时间为25 min,助剂加入量为4%,干条经350℃干燥2h以上再经600℃焙烧2-3 h工艺条件下,生产出的脱硫加氢精制剂载体径向强度提高20%以上,比表面积和孔体积更加稳定,4-13nm区间孔径分布比例提高到85%以上。以优化工艺参数后生产出的W-Ni-Mo/r-Al2O3深度脱硫加氢精制催化剂,通过实验室分析评价,各项工艺参数能够达到或超过设计指标。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the catalytic activity and stability of a diesel oil ultra-deep desulfurization hydrofining catalyst (abbreviated as desulfurization and hydrofining agent), it is necessary to produce a high specific surface area. The pseudo-boehmite with smaller pore volume (0.95 卤0.05m-1 g ~ (-1) was used to produce catalyst carrier with concentration ratio of more than 85% in 4-13nm interval of pore size distribution, and was further used in the production of diesel oil ultra-deep desulfurization and hydrofining catalyst. In order to improve the activity and selectivity of the catalyst, the dry rubber powder was prepared by aluminum sulfate method. The results show that neutralization and aging process have great influence on the pore performance of dry rubber powder. In the neutralization reaction, the concentration of aluminum sulfate was controlled at 50 g L ~ (-1), the concentration of sodium metaluminate was 100 g / L ~ (-1), the pH of neutralization reaction was 7.7 卤0.1, and the aging time of the material was about 4 h.
