低毒油基钻井液在泥页岩油气钻井中的应用研究

【摘要】:近几年来,随着常规油气资源的衰减,许多国家将勘探开发的重点瞄向了泥页岩油气资源。我国自本世纪初开始重点研究泥页岩油气,特别是最近几年投入了大量的人力和物力,在多个油区也取得了商业发现。井壁的稳定性和环保是制约国内泥页岩油气钻井的两大难题,由于国内泥页岩油气资源的地质结构与国外差异较大,地层非均质性和各向异性突出,矿物成分中脆性矿物含量高,且具有一定的水化分散特性导致井眼难以沿着地层前进一定的长度,因此泥页岩油气井达到商业开采的难度较大。柴油基钻井液抑制性强,可以解决井壁稳定性差的难题,但由于柴油中芳烃含量高,对设备腐蚀重且对施工人员容易造成伤害,岩屑后期处理难度大,导致施工环保压力高。本文在胜利油田已经形成的柴油钻井液研究的基础上,开展低毒油基钻井液的研究工作,通过基液优选和配方室内研究评价,确定低毒油基钻井液的基本配方,同时对配方的抗污染性进行评价,通过现场在渤页平2井、义173-5HF井和南页1HF井等三口井的应用,完善并形成低毒油基钻井液技术。经三口井试验证明,钻井过程中,低毒油基钻井液抗污染能力强,起下钻及完井作业顺利,施工摩阻小,有效地降低了设备负荷,保证了施工的顺利完成。通过对类似区块同类型井的井身质量、平均机械钻速、完井周期和单月钻井液材料消耗等四个指标进行对比分析,使用低毒油基钻井液所钻的井井身质量好,扩大率小于2%,钻速能提高2倍,完井周期可节约1/3,可综合降低钻井成本。该类型钻井液解决了胜利油区泥页岩油气资源勘探开发环保和井壁稳定性的难题,也可以为其它复杂地层和其它油区泥页岩油气资源的勘探开发提供借鉴和指导意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the decline of conventional oil and gas resources, many countries have focused their exploration and development on shale oil and gas resources. Since the beginning of this century, China has focused on the study of shale oil and gas, especially in recent years, has invested a lot of manpower and material resources, and has also made commercial discoveries in many oil areas. The stability of wellbore and environmental protection are the two major problems restricting the drilling of shale oil and gas in China. Because the geological structure of domestic shale oil and gas resources is quite different from that of foreign countries, the formation heterogeneity and anisotropy are prominent. Because of the high content of brittle minerals in the mineral composition and its hydration dispersion, it is difficult for the borehole to advance along a certain length along the formation, so it is difficult for shale oil and gas wells to reach commercial exploitation. Diesel-based drilling fluid has strong inhibition and can solve the problem of poor wellbore stability. However, due to the high aromatics content in diesel oil, heavy corrosion to equipment and injury to construction personnel, it is difficult to deal with cuttings in the later stage, resulting in high pressure of environmental protection in construction. Based on the research of diesel oil drilling fluid in Shengli Oilfield, the basic formula of low toxic oil base drilling fluid is determined through the optimization of base fluid and the evaluation of formulation. At the same time, the anti-pollution property of the formula was evaluated. Through the field application in three wells, Boping2 well, Yi 173-5HF well and Nanye 1HF well, the low toxic oil-based drilling fluid technology was perfected and formed. The experiments in three wells show that the low toxic oil based drilling fluid has strong anti-pollution ability, smooth operation of drilling and completion, low friction in operation, which effectively reduces the equipment load and ensures the smooth completion of the operation. By comparing and analyzing the four indexes of the same type well in the similar block, such as hole quality, average drilling speed, completion period and material consumption of drilling fluid per month, the well bore quality is good when using low toxic oil-based drilling fluid. The expansion rate is less than 2, the drilling speed can be increased by 2 times, the completion cycle can be saved by 1 / 3, and the drilling cost can be reduced synthetically. This type of drilling fluid solves the problems of environmental protection and wellbore stability of shale oil and gas resources exploration and development in Shengli oil area, and can also provide reference and guidance for the exploration and development of shale oil and gas resources in other complex formations and other oil areas.
