DTPA对三元复合驱除垢性能研究

【摘要】:油田垢主要是由碳酸盐垢、硅酸盐垢和硫酸盐垢混合组成,现有的除垢剂能够很好的解决碳酸盐垢问题,但对含有硫酸盐的混合垢除垢效果不佳,所以复配出一种能够对含硫酸盐的混合垢有很好作用的除垢剂对油田具有重大意义。螯合剂除垢技术作为一种新型技术,尤其是性能优良的金属离子螯合剂DTPA,在应用过程中表现出了较好的除垢性能,并且其具有除垢效率高,高温下稳定性好,毒性小等优点,以其为除垢剂在除垢反应中具有了良好的应用前景。本论文采用了氯乙酸法合成DTPA,讨论了不同的反应工艺条件对DTPA产率的影响,总结出了较好的洗涤方法。并得出了最佳的反应条件:反应温度为60℃,反应物料比n氯乙酸:n氢氧化钠:n二乙烯三胺:n氢氧化钠=5:5.25:1.2:5.25,反应时间8h,酸化pH=1.67。通过本次实验我们得到的DTPA的最高产率为91.04%。采用静态除垢法,考察了DTPA溶液对硫酸钡垢的除垢效果,根据实验结果分析得出,综合考虑经济性和除垢能力等因素,DTPA溶液除硫酸钡垢的最佳的反应条件为:反应温度60℃,反应时间24h,体系pH=12,DTPA溶液加量为50mg/L,100m L,此时除垢效果最好,除垢率可达55%以上,还发现DTPA和草酸的加量为1:1时除垢率为最大;在DTPA和EDTA的复配的量为1:1时,除垢效果达到最好,说明DTPA与EDTA在除硫酸钡垢上有着良好的协同作用。对油田现场垢样的组成进行分析,并复配了几种除垢剂,进行除垢实验,通过观察实验现象,对比分析实验数据,我们进一步引入了DTPA进行复配,并取得了较好的预期效果,使除垢率得到了提升。
[Abstract]:Oil field scale is mainly composed of carbonate scale, silicate scale and sulfate scale. The existing scale remover can solve the problem of carbonate scale well, but the effect of mixed scale removal with sulfate is not good. Therefore, it is of great significance to compound a scale remover which can play a good role in mixed scale containing sulphate. Chelating agent scale removal technology is a new technology, especially the metal ion chelating agent DTPA, which has good performance in the application process, and has the advantages of high scale removal efficiency, good stability at high temperature, low toxicity and so on. It has a good application prospect in scale removal reaction. In this paper, DTPA was synthesized by chloroacetic acid method. The effect of different reaction conditions on the yield of DTPA was discussed, and a better washing method was concluded.
