添加剂对提高炭阳极抗氧化性能的试验研究

【摘要】:本文重点针对目前因石油焦质量劣化导致炭阳极抗氧化性能差的现实情况,通过多种化学物质对粘结基质抗氧化性能影响的试验研究,开发了一种预焙阳极复合抗氧化添加剂,旨在原料劣化的情况下大幅提高炭阳极的抗氧化性能。试验表明,复合抗氧化添加剂能明显提高阳极的抗氧化性能,使用复合抗氧化添加剂后,阳极空气反应残余率均提高了27个百分点以上,CO_2反应残余率提高了4个百分点以上,电阻率降低了3μΩ·m以上。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the fact that the oxidation resistance of carbon anode is poor due to the deterioration of petroleum coke quality. Through the experimental study of the influence of many kinds of chemicals on the oxidation resistance of bonded matrix, a composite antioxidant additive of prebaked anode is developed. The aim of this paper is to improve the oxidation resistance of carbon anode greatly under the condition of raw material deterioration. The results showed that the oxidation resistance of the anode was obviously improved by the compound antioxidant additive. The residual rate of the anodic air reaction increased by more than 27 percentage points and the residual rate of the reaction was increased by more than 4 percentage points after the use of the compound antioxidant additive. The resistivity is reduced by more than 3 渭 惟 m.
