TUD-DNS ODEP脱硝助剂在非完全再生催化裂化装置的应用

【摘要】:介绍了TUD-DNS ODEP脱硝助剂在中国石化广州分公司重油催化裂化装置的应用情况。结果表明:针对非完全再生工况,当助剂占系统催化剂藏量的2.54%(w)时,烟气中NO_x浓度由加剂前的210mg/m~3左右降至加剂后的110mg/m~3左右,脱硝率基本维持在48%左右;降低CO焚烧炉温度有利于提高NO_x的脱除率;助剂的加入对装置操作、产品分布、产品性质无不良影响。
[Abstract]:The application of TUD-DNS ODEP denitrification auxiliaries in heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Sinopec Guangzhou Branch is introduced. The results show that under the condition of incomplete regeneration, the concentration of NO_x in flue gas decreases from 210mg/m~3 before adding agent to 110mg/m~3 after adding catalyst, and the denitrification rate is about 48%. Lowering the temperature of CO incinerator can improve the removal rate of NO_x, and the addition of auxiliaries has no adverse effect on plant operation, product distribution and product properties.
