阴离子清洁压裂液室内研究及现场应用

【摘要】:压裂施工是低渗透油气田增产的重要措施之一,压裂液的性能直接影响压裂施工的成功与否。传统的聚合物压裂液和现有的阳离子清洁压裂液基本满足了现场的施工要求,但仍存在一些缺陷未能得到解决。本文对传统聚合物压裂液和阳离子清洁压裂液的不足之处进行资料搜集和实验室分析后开展了阴离子清洁压裂液的研究。以实验室自制的阴离子表面活性剂为主剂,利用控制变量法对各成分进行了优选,确定出阴离子清洁压裂液的最佳配方为:XSY-1含量3%,反离子盐的含量为3%,Na OH的含量为0.5%,乙二胺四乙酸的含量为0.3%。其次,对阴离子清洁压裂液进行了影响因素分析和室内性能评价,结果表明,该体系在170-1,80℃条件下剪切30min后,粘度达95m Pas以上;当温度升高到100℃以上时,粘度仍能维持在45m Pas左右,该体系具有良好的粘弹性,而且摩阻小,携砂能力强,不需交联剂、破胶剂等其他化学添加剂,地层伤害小,对油井增产具有显著的特点。最后,本文有针对性的选取了延长油田和长庆油田的两口井进行了压裂施工,施工结束后,日产液和日产油与压裂前相比都增长了2倍左右,表明阴离子清洁压裂液在延长油田和长庆油田现场应用中取的良好的效果。
[Abstract]:Fracturing is one of the important measures to increase production in low permeability oil and gas fields. The performance of fracturing fluid directly affects the success of fracturing operation. The traditional polymer fracturing fluid and the existing cationic clean fracturing fluid basically meet the requirements of field operation, but there are still some defects that have not been solved. In this paper, the shortcomings of traditional polymer fracturing fluid and cationic clean fracturing fluid have been collected and analyzed in laboratory, and the anionic clean fracturing fluid has been studied. With the anionic surfactant made in the laboratory as the main agent, the components were optimized by the method of controlling variables. The optimum formula of anionic clean fracturing fluid was determined as follows:% XSY-1 content 3, counterion salt content 3, sodium hydroxide content 0.5, ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid content 0.3%. Secondly, the influence factors of anionic clean fracturing fluid were analyzed and the indoor performance evaluation was carried out.
