英台油田深井防斜研究与应用

【摘要】:英台油田具有1亿吨的油气资源,储量丰富,但难以开采,目前急需提高整体开发效果,解决开采上产难题,即钻井防斜难题。针对此问题,首先通过分析英台地区地质概况和以前完钻的钻井工程基础资料,以此为基础,研究影响井斜的主要因素:一、地层因素;二、钻具组合和钻进参数。其中钻具组合和钻进参数为可控因素,对可控因素进行研究优选。通过搜集整理2010、2011、2012年的实钻井井史资料,统计分析了42口井的防斜措施及钻井参数特点,重点是钻头选型及钻井参数(钻压和转速)配合。得出几组有利于“防斜打快”的钻具组合,钻井参数和不同地层钻头选型依据。2010年以来,英台油田已完钻深井Φ228.6mm井眼所占比例最大,以Φ228.6mm井眼为例,以前期研究成果中建立的BHA受力分析模型和钻进趋势预测模型为基础,模拟分析Φ228.6mm井眼中各种防斜打直钻具组合的使用效果,初步优化了防斜打直钻具组合设计,优选了钻进参数:(1)塔式钻具只有在小钻压时才有纠斜效果,纠斜效果随钻压增加而逐渐减弱;(2)稳定器安放位置是钟摆钻具组合设计的关键;(3)钻压影响柔性钟摆钻具的防斜打直效果;(4)单弯双稳导向钻具在直井段旋转钻进时能够实现防斜打直。将此结论应用于以后的生产实践中,提高开采速度,解决上产难题。
[Abstract]:Yingtai Oilfield has 100 million tons of oil and gas resources, rich in reserves, but difficult to exploit. At present, it is urgent to improve the overall development effect and solve the problem of production, that is, drilling anti-deviation problem. In order to solve this problem, first of all, by analyzing the geological situation of Yingtai area and the basic data of drilling engineering before drilling, the main factors influencing well deviation are studied: first, formation factor; second, drilling tool combination and drilling parameters. The combination of drilling tools and drilling parameters are controllable factors. Through collecting and sorting out the actual drilling well history data in 2010 / 2011 and 2012, the anti-deviation measures and the characteristics of drilling parameters of 42 wells are statistically analyzed. The emphasis is on bit selection and matching of drilling parameters (drilling pressure and rotational speed). Several sets of drilling tool combinations, drilling parameters and drill bit selection basis for different formations are obtained. Since 2010, the proportion of 桅 228.6mm boreholes in deep wells in Yingtai Oilfield has been the largest, taking 桅 228.6mm borehole as an example. Based on the BHA force analysis model and drilling trend prediction model established in the previous research results, this paper simulates and analyzes the application effect of various anti-deviation drilling straight drilling tool combinations in 桅 228.6mm well, and preliminarily optimizes the design of anti-slant drilling straight drilling tools combination. The optimized drilling parameters are as follows: (1) the tower drilling tools have the effect of correcting the deviation only when the drilling pressure is small. (2) the position of stabilizer is the key to the design of pendulum drilling tool combination; (3) drilling pressure affects the anti-deviation and straightening effect of flexible pendulum drilling tool; (4) single bend bistable guide drilling tool is rotated drilling in vertical well section. Can achieve anti-slant straightening. This conclusion is applied to the production practice in the future to improve the mining speed and solve the problem of production.
