柴油储存安定性添加剂的研制及其安定性改善效果评价

【摘要】:利用复配优化技术研制了一种柴油储存安定性添加剂,对其理化性能指标进行分析,并考察其对柴油安定性指标的影响。结果表明:该添加剂的综合性能优于美军同类添加剂产品;可抑制富含胶质柴油的实际胶质生成,且呈现柴油安定性越差,抑制作用越明显的规律;可有效降低柴油中总不溶物含量,且总不溶物含量下降率与柴油质量衰变的严重程度成正比;对酸度、色度没有明显影响。经研究,确定将总不溶物含量作为柴油储存寿命的表征指标,预计该添加剂可使柴油储存寿命延长1.6倍以上。
[Abstract]:A diesel oil storage stability additive was developed by using compound optimization technology. The physical and chemical properties of the additive were analyzed and the influence of the additive on diesel stability was investigated. The results show that the comprehensive performance of the additive is superior to that of the similar additive products of the US military, and the actual colloid formation of the rich colloidal diesel oil can be inhibited, and the worse the stability of diesel oil is, the more obvious the inhibition effect is. The content of total insoluble matter in diesel oil can be reduced effectively, and the decrease rate of total insoluble substance content is in direct proportion to the severity of diesel quality decay, but has no obvious effect on acidity and chroma. The total insoluble content was determined as the characterization index of diesel fuel storage life. It is estimated that the additive can prolong the storage life of diesel oil by more than 1.6 times.
