屈家沟油区综合治理方案

【摘要】:随着注水开发时间的延长,很多问题逐渐凸显。油井含水率不断上升,单井原油产量逐渐降低;部分油井已水淹水窜;套管损坏和套管变型油水井多口;注采对应不完善;油层吸水不均匀;井网不完善;油井见效程度低;为了解决该区生产过中出现的众多问题,恢复水淹井正常生产同时增加低产油井的产能,开展该区的综合治理方案研究。本文从开发动态着手,通过注水动态分析,阐明了水驱效果,明确了影响区块开发效果的主要因素,在此基础上研究了工区剩余油分布情况特点和规律,提出剩余油挖潜方向:①通过油转注角井挖掘剩余油潜力;②完善注采对应关系,扩大平面及纵向波及体积,提高水驱动用程度的潜力;③完善补孔提高单层储量控制程度,改善开发效果的潜力;④高含水区域调整注采结构的潜力。并提出完善注采对应关系提高水驱控制储量及缩小井距改善水驱开发效果的调整思路。
[Abstract]:With the extension of water injection development time, many problems gradually become prominent. The water cut of oil well is rising continuously, the crude oil production of single well is decreasing gradually; some wells have been flooded and channeling; the casing damage and casing variant oil and water wells are many; the injection-production correspondence is not perfect; the reservoir water absorption is not uniform; the well pattern is not perfect; the oil well efficiency is low; In order to solve many problems in production in this area, to restore the normal production of flooded wells and to increase the production capacity of low production wells, the comprehensive treatment scheme of this area is studied. In this paper, starting from the development performance and analyzing the water flooding performance, the water flooding effect is clarified, and the main factors affecting the development effect of the block are clarified. On the basis of this, the distribution characteristics and rules of remaining oil in the working area are studied. It is suggested that the residual oil potential can be excavated by using the oil-to-injection angle well to improve the relationship between injection and production, expand the plane and longitudinal sweep volume, improve the potential of water drive and improve the control degree of single-layer reserves. The potentiality of improving the development effect is the potential of adjusting injection-production structure in high water cut area. The adjustment thought of improving the relation between injection and production to increase the control reserves of water drive and to reduce the well spacing to improve the effect of water drive development is put forward.
