秸秆炭基固体酸催化废油脂制备生物柴油

【摘要】:以秸秆为原料,采用炭化-磺化法制备了秸秆炭基固体酸,通过FTIR、XRD、SEM、EDS、TGA及DSC对秸秆炭基固体酸进行表征,并将其用于催化高酸值废油脂与甲醇酯交换制备生物柴油,对反应条件进行了优化。结果表明:磺酸基团被引入秸秆炭表面;当醇油摩尔比18∶1、催化剂用量为废油脂质量的5%、反应温度85℃、反应时间8 h时,脂肪酸甲酯收率可达97.2%;秸秆炭基固体酸重复使用6次后,脂肪酸甲酯收率仍在82%以上。
[Abstract]:Carbon based solid acids from straw were prepared by carbonization and sulfonation method. The carbon based solid acids of straw were characterized by FTIR, XRDX, SEM, EDSGA and DSC, and were used to catalyze the transesterification of waste oils with high acid value to produce biodiesel.
