文96储气库注采站地面工艺能效评价技术研究

【摘要】:近半个世纪以来,天然气凭借其热值高、环境污染小和经济效益好等优点,逐步成为压倒石油和煤炭的“首席能源”。为了解决天然气利用过程中存在的供需矛盾,储气库作为一种安全供气、调峰的手段,在世界各国迅速发展。开展储气库注采站地面工艺能效评价技术研究,有利于找出系统用能的薄弱环节,为工艺及设备改造提供技术依据,以保证储气库的经济运行。 论文以文96储气库注采站为研究对象,在总结、归纳国内外储气库注采站地面工艺运行现状及综合评价方法应用现状的基础上,主要开展了以下三方面的研究: 首先,论文采用能量分析方法和能质分析方法对文96储气库注采站的脱水系统和增压系统进行用能分析,通过建立系统及主要用能设备的能效计算模型,确定了地面工艺系统的能效水平。 其次,论文通过建立脱水系统的HYSYS模拟模型和增压系统往复式压缩机的热力复算模型,分别对文96储气库注采站脱水系统和增压系统的能耗影响因素进行定量分析,确定了主要工艺参数的控制范围。 最后,论文基于评价指标体系构建原则,确立了包括1个一级指标,2个二级指标和15个三级指标的能效评价指标体系,以综合评价的相关理论为基础,提出了运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法相结合的评价方法对文96储气库注采站地面工艺进行能效评价,同时根据对能效评价结果的分析,提出了相应的节能降耗措施。 论文对文96储气库注采站地面工艺开展能效评价工作,有助于把握地面工艺系统的运行现状,分析评价地面工艺系统及设备的能效水平,为储气库的生产调度、运行改造提供依据。
[Abstract]:In the past half century, natural gas has gradually become the "chief energy" which overwhelms oil and coal because of its high calorific value, small environmental pollution and good economic benefits. In order to solve the contradiction between supply and demand in the process of natural gas utilization, gas storage, as a means of safe gas supply and peak shaving, is developing rapidly all over the world. It is helpful to find out the weak link of system energy use and to provide technical basis for process and equipment transformation to ensure the economic operation of gas storage. The research on the evaluation technology of surface process energy efficiency of gas storage station is helpful to find out the weak link of system energy use. This paper takes Wen96 gas reservoir injection and production station as the research object, on the basis of summing up, summing up the present situation of the ground technology operation and the application of comprehensive evaluation method of the gas injection and production station at home and abroad. The main research work is as follows: firstly, the energy use analysis method and energy quality analysis method are used to analyze the dewatering system and pressurization system in the injection and production station of Wen96 gas storage. The energy efficiency level of the ground process system is determined by establishing the energy efficiency calculation model of the system and the main energy using equipment. Secondly, by establishing the HYSYS simulation model of dehydration system and the thermodynamic recalculation model of reciprocating compressor in booster system, the energy consumption influencing factors of dewatering system and supercharging system in Wen96 gas storage station are quantitatively analyzed respectively. The control range of main process parameters is determined. Finally, based on the construction principle of evaluation index system, the paper establishes the energy efficiency evaluation index system, which includes 1 primary index, 2 second class index and 15 third grade index, which is based on the related theory of comprehensive evaluation. This paper puts forward an evaluation method which combines AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the energy efficiency of the ground process of the injection and mining station in Wen96 gas storage. Based on the analysis of the results of the energy efficiency evaluation, the corresponding energy saving and consumption reduction measures are put forward. In this paper, the energy efficiency evaluation of the ground process in Wen96 gas storage and production station is helpful to grasp the operation status of the ground process system, to analyze and evaluate the energy efficiency level of the ground process system and equipment, and to schedule the production of the gas storage. The operation and transformation provide the basis.
