延长油矿钻井井控系统安全评价研究
[Abstract]:This paper mainly aims at some characteristics of natural gas drilling well control system and some safety problems in the drilling and completion process of Yanchang Oil Mine fixed Edge Oil production Plant, and synthesizes the safety evaluation theory learned in this paper. The safety management theory and some related disciplines such as internal safety production technology are used to evaluate and analyze the safety of the drilling well control system of natural gas wells in this block by means of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and expert scoring method. The index system of safety evaluation is established, and the corresponding safety countermeasures and measures are taken according to the evaluation results. The main result of this paper is: 1: 1. According to the environmental characteristics, geological characteristics and the characteristics of drilling well control system, the harmful factors are identified, and the influence of these factors on the safety of well control system is explored. The safety evaluation index system of two-stage three-layer structure of drilling well control system is established. The establishment of index domain and evaluation grade domain in the index system of safety evaluation. The weight of each index of drilling well control system is determined by AHP, and the feature root and eigenvector are obtained by MATLAB software, and the consistency is checked. 3. By using expert evaluation method, through the investigation results of safety evaluation questionnaire for 10 experts on the spot, it is concluded that the well control state of DPS-20 well is relatively safe. 4. According to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and expert evaluation method, the key factors affecting well control safety are analyzed, and the corresponding emergency treatment and disposal scheme .5. The risk control measures for drilling well control system are put forward to carry out safety management and safety education to effectively control the occurrence of accidents such as overflow and blowout and to ensure the safe operation of drilling operations.
