油库发油管道在线密度计的研制与应用

【摘要】：随着人工成本的不断上涨和环保要求的提高,如何采用新技术实现油库油品贸易交接计量的自动化,成为成品油销售企业亟待解决的重要问题。基于谐振筒式密度测量传感器的测量原理,研发了一种油库发油管道密度自动测量的在线密度计,并详细介绍了密度计的结构设计、测量原理、安装方式、性能测试等。实际应用表明:该新型管道在线密度计达到了国际先进水平,可以准确测量管道发油密度和温度,满足贸易计量交接要求。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of labor cost and the requirement of environmental protection, how to use new technology to realize the automation of oil depot trade transfer and metering has become an important problem to be solved urgently in oil products sales enterprises. Based on the measurement principle of resonant cylinder density measurement sensor, an on-line density meter for automatic density measurement of oil depot pipeline is developed. The structure design, measurement principle, installation method and performance test of density meter are introduced in detail. The practical application shows that the new on-line density gauge has reached the international advanced level and can accurately measure the oil density and temperature of the pipeline and meet the requirements of trade measurement.
