调剖堵水一体化技术研究

【摘要】:随着油田的开发,大部分油田采出液含水率迅速升高,油井出水、出砂问题严重,亟待解决。目前大多数油田都采用堵水和防砂分开处理的方式,但是这种方式会导致生产成本升高、工作量增大以及地层因为多次施工而被严重破坏等不良后果。因此,在施工之前,需要分析地层结构、确定采出水及采出砂的来源和物性、选取合适的堵剂主料及添加剂、优化施工工艺,提出适合油田生产的调剖堵水防砂一体化技术方案。本文归纳总结了国内外现有调剖、堵水、防砂等技术的发展现状以及发展趋势。详细的阐述了作为调堵防一体化技术的关键部分调堵方法和堵剂的选择,并且对比了各种方法和堵剂的优缺点,为不同性质油田调堵防剂的选择提供理论依据。伴随油田开发的复杂化程度越来越高,单一堵剂的应用的效果明显下降,因此多种堵剂、多种施工方法的综合使用是目前研究的热点。本文通过对调堵防剂优点的结合,经过大量的理论分析提出了几种合理的优化模型。本文以室内实验为主研究调堵防剂的主料和添加剂,结合现场数据应用单一变量法对减阻剂、增渗剂、携砂液、固化剂进行选择,再通过不同温度下的胶结时间、抗压强度、抗腐蚀、耐老化、渗透率、润湿性等因素筛选。选择成本低、物性强度高、胶结时间可调的调堵防剂。通过室内实验研究含水饱和度、孔隙度、砂粒径对高含水油藏出水和出砂的影响。结合室内实验结果和辽河油田的现场试验,观察调堵防剂效果,并对现场试验效果进行跟踪评价。
[Abstract]:With the development of oil field, the water cut of produced liquid in most oil fields increases rapidly, and the problem of sand production is serious and urgent to be solved. At present, water shutoff and sand control are treated separately in most oilfields, but this method will lead to the increase of production cost, the increase of workload and the serious destruction of formation due to multiple construction. Therefore, before construction, it is necessary to analyze the formation structure, determine the source and physical properties of produced water and sand, select suitable main materials and additives for plugging agent, and optimize the construction process. An integrated technology scheme of profile control, water shutoff and sand control for oilfield production is put forward. In this paper, the present situation and trend of profile control, water shutoff and sand control at home and abroad are summarized. As a key part of the integrated plugging and prevention technology, the plugging method and the selection of the plugging agent are described in detail, and the advantages and disadvantages of each method and the plugging agent are compared, which provides the theoretical basis for the selection of the plugging and preventing agent in different oil fields. With the increasing complexity of oilfield development, the application effect of single plugging agent is obviously decreased. Therefore, the comprehensive use of various plugging agents and construction methods is a hot research topic at present. In this paper, by combining the advantages of plugging control agents, several reasonable optimization models are put forward through a lot of theoretical analysis. In this paper, the main materials and additives of plugging control and control agent are mainly studied in laboratory experiment. The single variable method is used to select drag reducing agent, permeating agent, sand carrying liquid and curing agent, and then the cementing time and compressive strength at different temperature are adopted. Corrosion resistance, aging resistance, permeability, wettability and other factors screening. Select low cost, high physical strength and adjustable cementing time. The effects of water saturation, porosity and sand particle size on effluent and sand production in high water cut reservoirs were studied through laboratory experiments. Combined with the results of laboratory experiments and the field tests in Liaohe Oilfield, the effects of plugging control agents were observed and the results of field tests were followed up and evaluated.
