膨胀型油基防漏堵漏钻井液体系

【摘要】:针对油基防漏堵漏钻井液技术准题,研究出一种具有三维网络交联结构或者微孔结构的膨胀型堵漏剂,其可选择性地吸收油水混合体系中的油,具有温度敏感延时膨张特性,并具有一定的抗压以及成性能力,在90℃的1 h吸油率大于120%,体积影张率大于40%,同时优选出了可传体系热滚后破乳电压升高昀乳化剂G326,可使体系高温高压滤失量降低至4 mL以下的降滤失剂G328,优选出G327和G338封堵剂以及颗粒较粗的GFD-M和GFD-C,构建了膨胀型油基防漏堵漏体系,分别形成了堵漏和防漏钻井液配方其中堵漏配方1~5 mm缝板实验承压可达7.0MPa,防渗漏配方API砂床传入深度降低率大于95%,该体系在四川页岩气水平井现场应用结果显示:堵漏配方现场堵漏作业一坎戎功率大于60%,防漏配方在试验井段2.10~2.45 g/cm~3高密度条件下,油基钻井液总渗漏量控制在10 m~3以内,封堵防漏效果良好。
