辽河油区油井防砂工艺技术研究

【摘要】:辽河油田地质构造情况复杂,主要以稠油生产为主,稠油油藏储层岩石结构疏松,压实程度与胶结程度低,原油粘度大,携砂能力强,在热采过程中极易出砂,并且油井吞吐轮次高,地层亏空严重,随着油井吞吐轮次和采出程度的增加,地层亏空严重,井下技术状况变差,套变井增多,筛管变形失效,加之汽窜、出水等因素对出砂的影响,油层砂岩构造骨架松散,直接导致出砂情况频繁及形式多样化,因此油井出砂问题一直是制约油田正常生产的一个突出问题。通过对近些年油井开发过程中出砂情况的现场分析、跟踪研究,结合国内外油田行业防砂技术与现场实际情况,目前已研制开发出机械防砂、化学固砂防砂排砂以及其它综合方式防砂等三十余种油、气、水井配套防砂工艺技术,基本上有效缓解了辽河油田的出砂防砂问题。但是随着油田生产的开发模式转换,开采方式如SAGD、蒸汽驱、水平井的应用及海上油田的开发等对常规的防砂技术提出了新的和更高的要求。国外各大石油公司对此的研究比较早,技术也比较先进,国内石油公司也有相关技术的研究与应用,通过对国内外可用于砾石充填的新型低密度人工砂和分层防砂、分层控制技术的研究,进而结合辽河油田出砂实际情况及国内外比较先进的防砂材料及防砂技术,为下一步防砂技术的更新和新技术的研究奠定基础。
[Abstract]:Liaohe Oilfield is characterized by complex geological structure, mainly heavy oil production, loose rock structure in heavy oil reservoir, low compaction and cementation degree, high viscosity of crude oil, strong sand carrying capacity, and easy sand production during thermal recovery. And the oil wells have high times of huff and puff and serious formation deficit. With the increase of the oil well huff and puff cycles and the degree of recovery, the formation deficit is serious, the downhole technical condition becomes worse, the number of casing variation wells increases, the sieve tube deformation fails, and the steam channeling is added. Due to the influence of water and other factors on sand production, the structure framework of sandstone is loose, which directly leads to frequent sand production and diversified forms. Therefore, sand production in oil wells has always been a prominent problem restricting the normal production of oil fields. Based on the field analysis and follow-up study of sand production during oil well development in recent years, combined with sand control technology and actual situation of oil field industry at home and abroad, mechanical sand control has been developed at present. More than 30 kinds of oil, gas and well sand control technology, such as chemical sand consolidation, sand control and other comprehensive sand control methods, have basically effectively alleviated the sand production and sand control problem in Liaohe Oilfield. However, with the transformation of oilfield production mode, new and higher requirements are put forward for conventional sand control techniques such as SAGD, steam drive, horizontal well application and offshore oilfield development. The major oil companies abroad have studied this problem earlier and advanced in technology. Domestic oil companies also have the research and application of related technologies. Through the research and application of new low density artificial sand and stratified sand control which can be used in gravel filling at home and abroad, The study of stratified control technology, combined with the actual situation of sand production in Liaohe Oilfield and the advanced sand control materials and sand control technology at home and abroad, will lay a foundation for the renewal of sand control technology and the study of new technology in the next step.
