利用废弃粉煤灰制备压裂液用硼交联剂的研究

【摘要】:利用废弃粉煤灰制备聚硅酸,以聚硅酸、硼砂为原料,合成了一种高温延缓型交联剂。采用单因素法,通过测定硼交联剂性能,优选出最佳合成工艺参数为:硼砂5wt%,配体28.5wt%,反应温度80℃,催化剂1.5wt%。并对合成目标产物进行了红外光谱表征,其交联的HPG(羟丙基胍胶)冻胶压裂液的高温流变性评价表明,当胍胶浓度为0.45wt%,交联比为100∶0.8(体积比)时,110℃,170 s-1的剪切速率条件下,剪切2 h,粘度达到130 MPa·s以上,证明该交联剂对HPG具有较好的交联效果,老化破胶实验表明其交联的压裂冻胶易破胶返排,残渣低。
