合水油田注清水系统腐蚀机理及防护措施研究

【摘要】:随着合水油田的持续开发,合水油田清水注水系统管线腐蚀情况日益突出,其中,庄一注、庄六注供水管线和庄二注、庄三注站内管线腐蚀甚为严重,穿孔现象屡有发生,注水站管线的严重腐蚀不仅极大地缩短了注水管线的使用寿命,增加了企业的运营成本及环保压力,同时还对企业的正常生产造成了严重的影响,造成了社会资源浪费。本论文的研究目的即通过对各个腐蚀站点的注水水质和固体腐蚀产物进行全面、科学的分析,总结管线发生腐蚀现象的主要原因,推测其可能存在的腐蚀机理,在此基础上筛选出具有良好缓蚀效果的目标缓蚀剂,并对筛选出的缓蚀剂进行适应性评价,实现合水油田注水管线的有效防腐保护。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of Heshui Oilfield, pipeline corrosion of clean water injection system in Heshui Oilfield is becoming more and more prominent. Among them, Zhuangyi injection, Zhuangliu injection water pipeline and Zhuanger second injection pipeline, the pipeline corrosion in Zhuang3 injection station is very serious, and perforation occurs frequently. The serious corrosion of pipeline in water injection station not only shortens the service life of water injection pipeline, increases the operating cost and environmental pressure of the enterprise, but also has a serious impact on the normal production of the enterprise, resulting in the waste of social resources. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the water quality and solid corrosion products of various corrosion stations in a comprehensive and scientific way, to summarize the main causes of pipeline corrosion, and to speculate on the possible corrosion mechanism. On this basis, the target corrosion inhibitor with good corrosion inhibition effect is selected, and the adaptability evaluation of the selected inhibitor is carried out to realize the effective anticorrosion protection of the water injection pipeline in Heshui Oilfield.
