体积压裂液黏土稳定剂的研制与评价

【摘要】:由于黏土矿物的水化膨胀影响了体积压裂的施工效果并且体积压裂需要大量的压裂液,常用的黏土稳定剂应用限制较大,对应用效果更好的黏土稳定剂有着迫切需求。随着季铵盐黏土稳定剂技术的进步,出现了具有不同结构和性能的新型黏土稳定剂。本文结合体积压裂的施工中压裂液配制特点,室内合成了黏土稳定剂PA1、PA2、CETPA,对黏土稳定剂PA1、PA2、CETPA合成条件进行了优化,得出了PA1的最佳合成条件:温度60℃、时间5h、催化剂浓度为1%,环氧氯丙烷与甲基乙基胺的摩尔比为1:1;PA2的条件:反应温度70℃、反应物的摩尔比1:1、反应时间4h、反应物浓度30%,催化剂浓度为1.0%;CETPA的条件:二氯乙烷、三丙胺摩尔比为1:1,催化剂浓度0.8%,反应温度55℃。合成的黏土稳定剂与地层水的配伍性良好。具有较高的黏土水化抑制性:离心法测量1%质量分数的PA1、PA2、CETPA黏土稳定剂的防膨率分别为93.4%,91.9%,89.4%。PA1、PA2、CETPA黏土稳定剂的岩芯流动实验表明合成的PA1、PA2、CETPA黏土稳定剂对低渗岩芯的渗透率伤害较小,可以用作超低渗地层的压裂黏土稳定剂。进行了CETPA黏土稳定剂与压裂液配伍性评价,比较了其对压裂液的抗剪切性能、破胶性、地层损害能力的影响。实验结果表明CETPA黏土稳定剂对压裂液配伍性能良好。CETPA能够作为体积压裂液黏土稳定剂使用。
