不同非均质储层聚合物浓度与分子量优选研究
[Abstract]:At present, the main target of tertiary oil recovery polymer flooding in Daqing Oilfield has been transferred from the first class reservoir to the second class reservoir. Due to the heterogeneity of the second kind of reservoir, the molecular weight and concentration of polymer in polymer flooding design only according to the average permeability of polymer injection layer at home and abroad is not in line with the actual situation. Therefore, the research object of this paper is to carry out the indoor physical simulation test with the solution prepared by different polymers in view of the geological characteristics of the second class reservoir, so as to understand its effect and law, and to explore the ways to further improve the effect. The emphases of improving oil recovery in water flooding and polymer flooding are defined. In this paper, a variety of molecular weight polymers and injection concentrations are designed in detail by physical simulation experiments for heterogeneous reservoirs. At the same time, CT polymer flooding is used to on-line monitor the overall heterogeneous model and the distribution of remaining oil saturation in layers. Finally, when the injection ability is allowed, the polymer with high molecular weight should be selected as far as possible. For the second class oil layer, the high concentration polymer of middle molecular weight has better effect, and it has good injectability at the same time when it reaches a certain viscosity. On the whole, 16 million molecular weight polymer and higher concentration of polymer have good injection effect. The polymer solution with high polymer concentration has poor injectability, low molecular weight, low viscosity and poor effect. The research in this paper plays an important role in improving polymer recovery, reducing polymer consumption and increasing economic benefit in Daqing Oilfield.
