含油污水处理过程风险控制的系统仿真

【摘要】:含油污水处理,作为油田及炼化企业下游重要的组成部分,不仅对环境保护起到了重要的作用,同时也通过对含油污水的油水分离及沉淀,有效的回收了可再利用资源。这一污水处理过程在一定程度上能够减小企业的经济负担,节约资源消耗,具有非常重大的经济效益。含油污水处理工艺,其处理流程中包含了十分复杂的物理、化学过程,并且伴有多种无法预知的风险。但采取现场的试验和学习方式,不仅耗时久,而且成本非常高。本文通过对可视化软件的研究,找出通过虚拟仪器平台虚拟仿真含油污水处理过程的可行性及适合的图形化编程平台,并在该虚拟仪器平台上完成了对含油污水工艺的系统仿真。为了对含油污水处理过程中可能存在的风险进行识别和评估,对常用的安全评价方法进行研究后,选择HAZOP分析方法对某污水处理厂实际工艺流程中的风险进行识别,并借由风险矩阵对识别出的风险进行评估,最后提出针对风险的改进建议和措施。在完成的含油污水处理过程系统仿真界面上,引入HAZOP分析的结论和针对风险提出的建议以及措施,强化对于含油污水处理工艺过程的认识以及对其中风险的辨识和评估能力。将图形化的虚拟仪器平台与HAZOP评价方法进行结合,实现对含油污水处理过程风险控制的系统仿真。本文所设计的系统仿真力求与实际污水处理过程相仿,以期望能够有效节约员工岗前培训时间,提高员工对工艺和设备的认知程度,改善含油污水处理安全现状。
[Abstract]:The treatment of oily sewage, as an important part of the downstream of oil field and refining and chemical enterprises, not only plays an important role in environmental protection, but also effectively recovers the reusable resources by separating and settling oil and water from oily sewage. To a certain extent, this process can reduce the economic burden of enterprises, save the consumption of resources, and have a very important economic benefits. The oily wastewater treatment process, which contains very complex physical and chemical processes, is accompanied by many unpredictable risks. However, it takes a long time and very high cost to adopt the field test and study method. Based on the research of visualization software, the feasibility of virtual simulation of oily sewage treatment process and the suitable graphical programming platform are found out in this paper. The system simulation of oily wastewater process is completed on the virtual instrument platform. In order to identify and evaluate the possible risks in the process of oily sewage treatment, the HAZOP analysis method is selected to identify the risks in the actual process of a sewage treatment plant after the study of common safety evaluation methods. Risk matrix is used to evaluate the identified risk, and suggestions and measures are put forward to improve the risk. In the system simulation interface of oily sewage treatment process, the conclusion of HAZOP analysis and the suggestions and measures for risk are introduced to strengthen the understanding of oily sewage treatment process and the ability to identify and evaluate the risk. The graphical virtual instrument platform is combined with the HAZOP evaluation method to realize the system simulation of the risk control of oily sewage treatment process. The system simulation designed in this paper is similar to the actual sewage treatment process, in order to save the training time of the staff before the job, improve the understanding of the process and equipment, and improve the safety status of oily sewage treatment.
