节能监测数字化现场数据采集研究
[Abstract]:In the process of oil and gas production, the energy consumption equipment is the heart of the whole production process. The operation efficiency of the energy consumption equipment determines whether the whole production process is running well, and energy saving monitoring is an important means of testing the energy consumption equipment. The monitoring results can correctly reflect the running state of the energy consuming equipment, so how to ensure the accuracy of the test data is the key problem for the energy saving monitors. In the field monitoring process, there are many test parameters for the efficiency of energy dissipation equipment. How to ensure the synchronicity of the test parameters is the main problem to be solved in the field, such as the efficiency test of pumping unit system. Since the pumping unit is a variable load operation, the system efficiency changes with the load change, only to ensure the synchronization of test parameters can accurately test the pumping unit system efficiency. According to the field technology of oil and gas field and related energy consumption equipment, this paper studies the on-line digitized field data acquisition system. The development of the system ensures the synchronicity of the field data and reduces the system efficiency error. The system is divided into hardware and software, the hardware part is responsible for the connection with the test instrument and data collection, the software part is responsible for the post-processing and analysis of the data. The development of the system greatly improves the accuracy of the field test data. In order to accurately grasp the operating state of energy consumption equipment to provide data guarantee, directing the normal operation of production.
