深水钻井压井及控制规律研究

【摘要】:深水钻井压井是处理深水钻井过程中发生井涌溢流后必要的井控手段,主要有深水司钻法和深水工程师法两种常规方法。深水压井与陆地压井具有相似的工艺原理,但由于两者不同的井筒结构、防喷器位置、节流管线长度、气体上升规律及环境温度等,深水钻井压井具有与陆地不同的控制规律。本文系统的研究了因深水特殊性而导致的各种压井规律的不同,建立了最符合实际情况的深水压井控制模型,可以更准确的指导压井施工,降低井控风险。 本文在总结了常规陆地司钻法、工程师法压井工艺流程及压力控制规律的基础上,针对深水钻井压井面临的长节流管线、井内温度分布和气体压缩性等特点,建立了深水钻井压井控制模型。详细推导了发生气侵时井内各时刻相关参数的计算方程。 将建立的深水压井模型与常规陆地压井模型进行对比分析,找到两者控制规律的不同,得出深水钻井压井比常规陆地压井的控制难度更大,施工需要更为精细和准确的井口压力控制,尤其是对施工时间和立压的掌控等结论。 计算分析了深水钻井压井的各相关因素对压井控制与过程的影响,利用图表的形式呈现了各参数变化的关系曲线,得出了小排量压井,,大内径节流管线以及较小的溢流量和井底压差更有利于井口压力控制等结论和认识。
[Abstract]:Deep-water drilling and drilling is a necessary well control method to deal with wellbore overflow in deep water drilling process. There are two conventional methods: deep-water drilling-drilling method and deep-water engineer method. Deep water well killing has the similar technology principle as land well, but because of their different wellbore structure, blowout preventer position, throttle pipe length, gas rising law and ambient temperature, deep water drilling and well killing have different control laws compared with land. In this paper, we systematically study the differences of various kinds of well killing laws caused by the particularity of deep water, and set up the control model of deep water well which is most suitable for the actual situation, which can guide the well killing operation more accurately and reduce the risk of well control. On the basis of summing up the conventional land drilling-method, the engineer method and the pressure control rules, this paper aims at the characteristics of the long throttling pipeline, the temperature distribution and the gas compressibility of the deep water drilling and killing well. A control model for deep water drilling is established. The calculation equations of the relevant parameters at each time in the well during gas invasion are derived in detail. By comparing and analyzing the deep water well killing model and the conventional land well killing model, we find out the difference between the two control laws, and draw the conclusion that the control of deep water well killing is more difficult than that of conventional land well killing. Construction requires more precise and accurate wellhead pressure control, especially the control of construction time and vertical pressure. This paper calculates and analyzes the influence of the relevant factors of deep water drilling and well killing on the control and process of well killing, presents the relation curve of each parameter change by using the form of chart, and obtains the small displacement well killing. Large diameter throttling pipeline, small overflow flow and bottom hole pressure difference are more favorable for wellhead pressure control and so on.
