王徐庄油田裂缝性生物灰岩油藏深部调堵、调驱技术研究

【摘要】:裂缝型油田产量递减的原因主要是裂缝引起的油井产水上升,合理有效的控制油井产水是提高裂缝储层采收率的关键。王徐庄油田的主力开发层系为生物灰岩储层,该储层断层裂缝发育,油井初期产能高,近水活跃,无水采油期短,在注水开发过程中,注入水易沿裂缝及大孔道窜流,层内、平面非均质性严重,油井含水上升迅速,这大大降低了注入水波及体积和油田开发效果。本论文从区块特征出发,结合温度、矿化度以及封堵强度进行了室内研究及矿场试验研究,最终确定的复合堵剂体系能很好的作用于所选井。多功能复合凝胶体系注入地层中能迅速作用封堵裂缝及大孔道,地质聚合物调驱剂的注入很好的增强了体系的强度,协同堵塞裂缝及高渗透层,使后续注入水绕流,驱替出储层中未被波及到的剩余油,起到降水稳油增油的目的,实现王徐庄油田裂缝性生物灰岩油藏的高效开发开采。
[Abstract]:The main reason of production decline in fractured oil field is the increase of oil well water production caused by fracture. Reasonable and effective control of oil well water production is the key to improve fractured reservoir recovery. The main development layer of Wangxuzhuang oilfield is biolimestone reservoir. The fault fracture is developed, the initial productivity of oil well is high, the near water is active and the oil recovery period is short. During the process of water injection development, the injected water is easy to flow along the fracture and big pore channel, and inside the reservoir, The horizontal heterogeneity is serious, the water cut of oil well rises rapidly, which greatly reduces the injected water wave, volume and oilfield development effect. In this paper, based on the block characteristics, combined with temperature, salinity and plugging strength, laboratory research and field test study are carried out, the final determination of the compound plugging agent system can play a good role in the selected wells. The injection of multifunctional composite gel system into strata can rapidly block fractures and macroporous channels, and the injection of geopolymer flooding agent can enhance the strength of the system, block fractures and high permeability layers in cooperation, and make subsequent injection water flow around the formation. The remaining oil in the reservoir has not been affected by flooding, which has the purpose of stabilizing oil and increasing oil by precipitation and realizing the high efficiency development and production of fractured biolimestone reservoir in Wangxuzhuang Oilfield.
