浅海管道敷设中的水平定向钻穿越

【摘要】：介绍了浅海管道水平定向钻穿越技术在国内外的应用现状。按照钻机钻进方向区分,分别论述了陆对海、海对海、海对陆3种浅海管道水平定向钻穿越的施工方式,针对每种穿越方式列出施工流程和涉及的施工设备资源等。提出了计算浅海水平定向钻穿越回拖力的必要性,建议计算过程中考虑管道的弯曲变形,提出了钻机操作平台选型建议;提出了穿越泥浆控制的注意事项、应对措施,穿越回拖风险控制的注意事项。结合铺管船、海上操作平台等设备的应用,浅海管道水平定向钻穿越技术将得到更广泛的应用。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the application status of horizontal directional drilling crossing technology in shallow water pipeline at home and abroad. According to the drilling direction of drilling rig, this paper discusses the construction methods of horizontal directional drilling crossing of three kinds of shallow water pipeline, such as land to sea and sea to land, and lists the construction flow and construction equipment resources for each crossing mode. The necessity of calculating backhauling force of horizontal directional drilling in shallow water is put forward. It is suggested that the bending deformation of pipeline should be taken into account in the calculation process, the selection of drilling rig operating platform should be put forward, the matters needing attention in crossing mud control should be put forward, and the corresponding measures should be taken into account. Matters needing attention in risk control of traversing backhaul. Combined with the application of pipe-laying ship and offshore operation platform, the horizontal directional drilling crossing technology of shallow water pipeline will be applied more widely.
