基于电参数的抽油机井自调参技术研究

【摘要】:随着油井不断开采,油井供采矛盾日益突出。为实现油井供采平衡,保证机采设备高效持续运行,合理选取油井抽汲参数对油井生产具有重要意义。本文针对这一情况,结合抽油机工作过程中电参数与悬点示功图的关系、功图量油以及抽油机井动态控制图理论,提出由电参数判断油井供液能力,从而实现油井供采匹配调参的方法,使抽油机以最优抽汲参数持续、节能、稳产运行。本文采用理论与试验研究相结合的方法,首先研究抽油机三相异步电动机电参数与悬点示功图、动液面深度、油井产量的关系。建立电参数推导悬点示功图的数学模型。该模型以电机实测转速为一重要参数,通过悬点功图推算油井动液面深度,并以油田现场实测数据进行对比、验证,对模型进行修正。该部分研究结果表明,加入实测电机轴转速的电参数推导悬点功图、动液面深度数学模型更趋准确、符合工程实际。其次,本文结合上述理论研究结果,以抽油机井动态控制图为基础,对抽油机抽汲参数与油井供液能力匹配程度进行判断,并对抽汲参数与油井供液能力不匹配的情况进行自动调参。通过VB语言编制抽油机自动调参程序,开发基于电参数的抽油机井自调参系统。通过软、硬件系统设计,实现对抽油机井供液能力、供采平衡状态实时判断、自动调参功能。最后,通过室内试验,对基于电参数的抽油机井自调参系统的有效性进行验证。在试验过程中通过抽油机井实际动态控制图对油井供液能力进行判断,并通过本系统对抽油机进行相应的调参。实验结果表明:基于电参数的抽油机井自调参系统可有效实现调参。本课题是通过对抽油机电动机电参数与油井供液能力的理论及试验研究分析,形成基于电参数的抽油机井自调参技术,对于实现油井供采平衡、提高系统效率及节能开采具有重要的研究意义和经济价值。
[Abstract]:With the continuous exploitation of oil wells, the contradiction between supply and production of oil wells is becoming increasingly prominent. In order to balance supply and production of oil wells and ensure the efficient and continuous operation of mechanical production equipment, it is important to select reasonable swabbing parameters for oil wells. Based on the theory of dynamic control chart of oil well, the method of judging the ability of oil well to supply fluid by electric parameters is put forward to realize matching and adjusting parameters of oil well supply and production, so as to make the pumping unit run continuously, economically and steadily with the optimum swabbing parameters. The mathematical model of hanging point indicator diagram is established. The model takes the measured rotational speed of motor as an important parameter, calculates the dynamic liquid level depth of oil well by hanging point power diagram, and validates the model by comparing with the field measured data. Secondly, based on the above theoretical research results and the dynamic control chart of pumping wells, the matching degree between pumping parameters of pumping units and the fluid supply capacity of oil wells is judged, and the matching degree between pumping parameters and the fluid supply capacity of oil wells is also judged. The automatic parameter adjustment program of pumping unit is compiled by VB language, and the self-parameter adjustment system of pumping unit well based on electric parameters is developed. Through the design of software and hardware system, the function of fluid supply ability, real-time judgment of supply-production balance state and automatic parameter adjustment of pumping unit well are realized. The validity of the Self-adjusting Parameter System of the pumping wells is verified. During the test, the actual dynamic control chart of the pumping wells is used to judge the liquid supply capacity of the oil wells, and the corresponding parameters of the pumping units are adjusted by the system. The experimental results show that the Self-adjusting Parameter System of the pumping wells based on the electric parameters can effectively adjust the parameters. Through the theoretical and experimental study and analysis of the electric parameters of the pumping motor and the liquid supply capacity of the oil wells, the self-adjusting parameters technology of the pumping wells based on the electric parameters is formed, which has important research significance and economic value for realizing the balance of oil well supply and production, improving the system efficiency and energy-saving production.
