盐岩层套管外载计算

【摘要】:我国塔里木、江汉等油田盐岩地层分布较为广泛,由于盐岩层的蠕变等特性从而引发了严重的盐岩层套损问题。为此,本文以盐岩层套管外载计算、套管抗外挤与抗内压实验研究为主题,在调研国内外相关文献的基础上,开展了以下研究工作:(1)推导了开尔文模型地层套管外载计算方程、3元件及以下流变地层套管外载计算通式,分析了盐岩层套管外载影响因素及其影响规律。分析结果表明:粘弹性(盐岩)地层套管载荷稳定值由套管、水泥环参数、地层泊松比及长期剪切模量共同决定,而非等于上覆地层压力;随着水泥环弹性模量的增加,套管外载先增加再减小,套管外载的峰值取决于地层、水泥环、套管参数,而不是简单的取决于水泥环弹性模量;(2)以塔里木油田盐岩层常用的6种非API标准套管为研究对象,采用有限元方法分析了非均匀地应力、套管偏心、井斜角及方位角对盐岩层套管载荷的影响规律,并对比分析了盐岩层为Heard模型时套管载荷有限元计算结果和盐岩层为粘弹性模型时套管载荷理论计算结果,建立了两者之间的联系,计算与分析结果表明:非均匀地应力会大大增加盐岩层套管损坏的风险;外径250.83mm、壁厚15.88mm的套管在塔里木油田损坏的风险很大;造斜段井眼方位与水平最大主应力夹角为45°时可降低套损事故的发生率;(3)开展了套管非均匀外挤实验研究,得出了外径177.8mm、壁厚12.65mm套管在集中载荷下的变形规律;(4)设计了一套套管抗内压强度测试装置,该装置可以模拟井下工况下的温度及套管轴向伸长受限制的情况,形成了一套套管抗内压强度及变形规律测量方法。并开展了套管抗内压实验;
[Abstract]:The salt strata in Tarim and Jianghan oil fields are widely distributed in China. Therefore, in this paper, the calculation of casing load in salt rock formation, the experimental study of casing anti-extrusion and anti-internal pressure are the main topics, and based on the investigation of relevant literature at home and abroad, The following research works have been carried out: (1) the calculation equation of casing load in Kelvin model and the general formula for calculating casing load under rheological formation are derived, and the influencing factors and their influencing rules are analyzed. The results show that the stability of casing load in viscoelastic (salt rock) strata is determined by casing, cement ring parameters, formation Poisson's ratio and long-term shear modulus, not equal to overlying formation pressure, and with the increase of elastic modulus of cement sheath, the stability of casing load is determined by casing, cement ring parameters, formation Poisson's ratio and long-term shear modulus. The peak value of casing load depends on the formation, cement sheath, casing parameters, rather than simply depends on the elastic modulus of cement sheath. (2) six kinds of non-API standard casing used in salt rock formation of Tarim Oilfield are taken as the research object. The influence of non-uniform ground stress, casing eccentricity, well inclination angle and azimuth angle on casing load in salt rock is analyzed by finite element method. The results of finite element calculation of casing load with Heard model and the theoretical calculation result of casing load with viscoelastic model are compared and analyzed, and the relationship between them is established. The results of calculation and analysis show that the non-uniform in-situ stress will greatly increase the risk of casing damage in salt rock formation, the casing with outer diameter 250.83 mm and wall thickness 15.88mm casing will be at great risk of damage in Tarim Oilfield. The occurrence rate of casing damage can be reduced when the angle of azimuth and horizontal maximum principal stress is 45 掳. (3) the experimental study of casing non-uniform extrudation is carried out, and the deformation law of outer diameter 177.8 mm and wall thickness 12.65mm casing under concentrated load is obtained. (4) A set of testing device for casing internal pressure strength is designed. The device can simulate the limitation of temperature and casing axial elongation under downhole conditions, and form a set of measuring methods of casing internal pressure strength and deformation law. The experiments of casing internal pressure resistance are also carried out.
