钻前工程预制装配式短跨桥涵设计及施工方法研究

【摘要】:近年来,在石油钻井大提速,川渝地区钻前工程所要求工期逐年缩短的大背景下,以传统的地方材料砌筑或混凝土传统工艺浇筑桥涵,由于传统工艺中砌筑材料和工匠的匮乏,支模、钢筋绑扎、混凝土浇筑以及养护等工序较多,多作业面交叉,工种和机具设备多,导致施工工期较长的情况已不能满足业主对钻前工程施工工期日益缩短的要求。笔者以减少大型吊装设备及缩短钻前工程建设工期为目标,结合混凝土自凝结技术与模块化拼装技术提出全装配式短跨度桥梁快速施工方法。本文将研究内容分为四个部分:第一,对钻前工程短跨桥梁设计方案拟定和分析,结合西南地区钻前工程特殊的施工环境提出具体的设计施工方法。第二,由于钻井工程设备自重大,钻前工程重载车辆较多,重新定位钻前工程短跨度桥梁上部荷载,结合现有装配式桥梁上部结构图集对装配式桥梁上部结构进行优化设计。并以一座跨径为8m的预制空心板简支梁桥设计为依托,证明了优化设计的可靠性与经济性。第三,基于桥梁上部结构设计,提出一种全装配式墩台块型设计,并对其进行性能分析。第四,对山区桥梁复杂工程地质条件下的基础设计进行了分析和研究,提出混凝土自凝结基础设计施工方法。本文将西南地区钻前工程桥梁设计分为上部设计、下部设计以及基础三方面,结合混凝土自凝结技术与模块化拼装技术提出全装配式短跨度桥梁快速施工方法,为钻前工程短跨度装配式桥梁设计及施工方法提供经验参考,具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the background of increasing the speed of oil drilling and shortening the construction period required by pre-drilling projects in Sichuan and Chongqing areas, traditional local materials or traditional concrete techniques are used to build bridges and culverts, because of the shortage of masonry materials and craftsmen in traditional techniques. There are many working procedures, such as formwork, steel bar binding, concrete pouring and maintenance, and so on, many working surfaces are crossed, and there are many types of work and machinery and equipment. As a result, the long construction period can not meet the requirements of the owner for shortening the construction period of the pre-drilling project. In order to reduce the large lifting equipment and shorten the construction period of pre-drilling project, the author puts forward the rapid construction method of fully assembled short-span bridge with the combination of concrete self-condensation technology and modular assembly technology. This paper divides the research contents into four parts: first, the design scheme of short span bridge of pre-drilling project is drawn up and analyzed, and the concrete design and construction method is put forward in combination with the special construction environment of the pre-drilling project in southwest China. Second, because of the self-important drilling engineering equipment, there are more heavy vehicles in pre-drilling engineering, so the upper load of short-span bridge in pre-drilling engineering is reoriented, and the superstructure of prefabricated bridge is optimized by combining with the map set of existing prefabricated bridge superstructure. Based on the design of a prefabricated hollow slab bridge with span of 8 m, the reliability and economy of the optimal design are proved. Thirdly, based on the design of bridge superstructure, a fully assembled pier and abutment block design is proposed and its performance is analyzed. Fourthly, the foundation design of bridges in mountainous area under complex engineering geological conditions is analyzed and studied, and the design and construction method of concrete self-condensation foundation is put forward. In this paper, the bridge design of pre-drilling project in southwest China is divided into three aspects: upper design, lower design and foundation design. Combined with concrete self-condensation technology and modular assembly technology, the fast construction method of fully assembled short-span bridge is put forward. It is of great practical significance to provide experience for the design and construction method of short span assembled bridge before drilling.
