鱼骨刺柔性管在碳酸盐岩缝洞型油藏应用的数值模拟研究
[Abstract]:When acid fracturing is put into production in horizontal wells of carbonate fracture-cavity reservoirs in Tahe Oilfield, there are some problems, such as the general acid-fracturing effect is not ideal, the acid fracturing in sections is difficult, the tool selection is difficult, the fracture strike is difficult to control, and so on. In this paper, numerical simulation method is used to analyze the effect of increasing production and economy of horizontal wells in carbonate fractured and cavernous reservoirs when they are completed with fishbone spiny flexible tube. The results show that the oil production of single well increases with the increase of the number of fish bone piercing flexible tube devices when the fish bone spiny flexible tube is not connected with the effective fracture cavity body, but the average oil increment of the single set of devices increases first and then decreases. In the wells with low probability of connected fractures and cavities, it is suggested that six or ten sets of fish bone piercing flexible tube devices should be used for completion operations. When a single effective fracture cavity body is connected, the oil production increases with the increase of the volume of the fracture cavity body, and when multiple fractures and cavities are connected and the total volume of the fractures and cavities is the same, the oil production increases with the increase of the volume of the fractures and cavities. The accumulative oil production increases with the increase of the number of connected fractures and cavities, and better economic benefits can be obtained by connecting more than one jointed cavity body. The results show that the fishbone spiny flexible tube can be used for the completion of horizontal wells in carbonate fracture-cavernous reservoirs in Tahe Oilfield.
