抽油井油管螺纹失效分析及防护措施研究

【摘要】:石油工业是我国的支柱产业,油管失效的问题一直困扰着石油的正常生产,是影响生产的主要因素。近几年油管失效的事故越来越多,占检泵井数的26%以上,不仅严重影响原油的正常生产,还造成了巨大的经济损失。通过统计失效的油管,发现螺纹连接处是主要的失效部位。因此,研究油管螺纹的失效是十分必要的。为此,本文对油管螺纹的失效形式与机理、受载情况及预防失效的措施进行了研究。通过对失效油管的宏观与微观形貌的分析,油管螺纹啮合出的失效形式分为油管断裂、螺纹粘扣、螺纹刺坏。对每一种失效形式的原因进行了研究,其中,油管断裂失效的危害最大,主要是由于油管受到交变载荷的作用,油管脱扣失效主要是因为螺纹牙之间的磨损以及过大的接触应力,油管漏失主要是因为螺纹尺寸精度低。分析了油管轴向的静载荷与动载荷,建立了油管的总轴向载荷数学模型,分析了螺纹牙的受力与变形,建立了变形协调方程,分析了轴向力分布情况。利用三维软件建立了油管与接箍的三维模型,用ANSYS Workbench对螺纹的连接性能进行了分析,分析了不同厚度和不同直径的油管对螺纹连接性能的影响。本文提出了预防油管失效的措施,通过提高油管修复精度、改进上扣操作、采用大壁厚的油管等可以降低失效率。通过实验,比较其径向变形量,从而对措施进行验证。
[Abstract]:The petroleum industry is the pillar industry of our country. The problem of tubing failure has been puzzling the normal production of petroleum and is the main factor affecting the production. In recent years, there are more and more accidents of tubing failure, accounting for more than 26% of the number of pump wells, which not only seriously affect the normal production of crude oil, but also cause huge economic losses. Through statistical failure of the tubing, it is found that the thread joint is the main failure site. Therefore, it is necessary to study the failure of tubing thread. Therefore, the failure form and mechanism of tubing thread, the loading situation and the measures to prevent the failure are studied in this paper. Through the analysis of the macroscopic and microscopic morphology of the failed tubing, the failure forms of tubing thread meshing can be divided into tubing fracture, thread sticking and thread pricking. In this paper, the causes of each failure form are studied. Among them, the failure of tubing fracture is the most harmful, mainly because the tubing is subjected to alternating load. The failure of tubing is mainly due to the wear between thread teeth and the excessive contact stress, and the leakage of tubing is mainly due to the low precision of thread size. The axial static load and dynamic load of tubing are analyzed, the mathematical model of total axial load of tubing is established, the stress and deformation of thread tooth are analyzed, the coordinate equation of deformation is established, and the distribution of axial force is analyzed. The 3D model of tubing and hoop is established by using 3D software. The connection performance of thread is analyzed by ANSYS Workbench, and the influence of different thickness and diameter of tubing on the connection performance of thread is analyzed. Measures to prevent tubing failure are put forward in this paper. The failure rate can be reduced by improving the repair accuracy of tubing, improving the operation of upper buckling and adopting tubing with large wall thickness. Through the experiment, the radial deformation is compared, and the measure is verified.
