超强凝胶深度封堵裂缝性油藏的研究与应用

【摘要】:油田试验证明调剖堵水仍很有潜力,这一方面是由于试验区的采出程度低,另一方面是由于近年来区块整体调剖堵水技术在决策技术和堵剂技术上有新的突破。调剖堵水的潜力随着开发时间的推移而逐渐减小。调剖堵水有两个限度:一个是堵剂使用的数量限度;另一个是堵剂作用机理的限度。调剖堵水的发展趋势表现为对这两个限度的突破所进行的努力,其中包括降低堵剂成本,合理组合堵剂,把握堵剂注入时机,延长堵剂有效期,提高堵剂的整体效果,发展一种在最大限度发挥二次采油作用的同时进行有限度三次采油的技术。本文针对西33-23区块进行调剖效果分析,完成该区块油水井调前调后效果对比,通过对现有超强固体凝胶体系的改进和矿场应用,实现对裂缝型优势通道的超强封堵能力,提高注水利用率和封堵有效期,改善储层水淹水窜,层间、层内矛盾等问题,扩大注入水波及体积,提高最终采收率。通过本课题的研究与应用,充分认识扶余油田水窜特征,形成综合的研究技术报告,优选出适合于封堵扶余油田双重优势通道油藏的高强度调剖体系。
[Abstract]:Oil field tests show that profile control and water shutoff still have great potential, which is due to the low degree of production in the experimental area and the new breakthrough in the decision-making and plugging technology of the whole profile control and water shutoff technology in recent years. The potential of profile control and water shutoff decreases with the development time. There are two limits for profile control and water shutoff: one is the limit of the amount of plugging agent and the other is the limit of mechanism of plugging agent. The development trend of profile control and water plugging is the efforts to break through these two limits, including reducing the cost of plugging agent, reasonably combining plugging agent, grasping the time of injection of plugging agent, prolonging the period of validity of plugging agent, and improving the overall effect of plugging agent. To develop a technology that can maximize the secondary oil recovery at the same time as the limited tertiary oil recovery. In this paper, the profile control effect of West 33-23 block is analyzed, and the comparison of the effect before and after adjustment of oil and water well in this block is completed. Through the improvement of the existing super solid gel system and the application of mine field, the super sealing ability of the fractured dominant channel is realized. The efficiency of water injection and the validity period of plugging are improved, the problems of water-flooded channeling, interlayer and intra-layer contradiction are improved, the injected water wave and volume are enlarged, and the final recovery is improved. Through the research and application of this subject, the characteristics of water channeling in Fuyu oilfield are fully understood, and a comprehensive research technical report is formed, and a high strength profile control system suitable for sealing the dual dominant channel reservoirs in Fuyu Oilfield is selected.
