塔式粒子注入系统分析与设计及粒子回收装置技术研究

【摘要】:通过分析国内外钻硬地层的钻井技术,发现目前大多数钻井方法存在着钻井成本高,机械钻速慢,设备磨损严重的问题,针对这些问题,基于磨料射流和射弹冲击理论,提出了粒子冲击钻井理论。本文介绍了粒子冲击钻井系统中注入粒子的方法,详细分析了注入系统的注入原理,设计了各组成部分的结构,包括粒子举升系统、注入管、螺杆挤压器等。该注入系统采用了两个注入管,交替完成注入粒子和加压排除粒子两个过程,从而保证了粒子的连续注入。而且通过采用螺杆挤压器,可以将粒子以一定的速率均匀而平稳的注入到钻井液主管汇中。通过理论分析和国外近几年的现场试验,可以得出利用该系统可以将粒子按照设计的注入速率,均匀、平稳、安全的注入到主管汇中。粒子回收装置是粒子冲击钻井的主要装置之一。该装置实现了钻井液中的粒子回收、处理和储存的目的。在资料调研和回收系统原理分析的基础上,进行了粒子回收装置的回收方案设计、粒子回收装置流程设计和粒子回收装置的井场布置设计。然后,利用粒子冲击钻井的技术参数和实验相结合的手段,对粒子回收方案中的装置进行参数设计和装置选型,最终确定一套完整的适合粒子冲击钻井现场应用的回收装置
[Abstract]:By analyzing drilling technology of drilling hard formation at home and abroad, it is found that most drilling methods have problems such as high drilling cost, slow drilling speed and serious equipment wear. In view of these problems, based on abrasive jet and projectile impact theory, The particle impact drilling theory is proposed. This paper introduces the method of particle injection in particle impact drilling system, analyzes the injection principle of the injection system in detail, and designs the structure of each component, including particle lift system, injection tube, screw extruder and so on. The injection system adopts two injection tubes, which alternately completes the two processes of injecting particles and removing particles under pressure, thus ensuring the continuous injection of particles. By using screw extruder, the particles can be injected into the drilling fluid sink uniformly and smoothly at a certain rate. Through theoretical analysis and field tests abroad in recent years, it can be concluded that the system can be used to inject particles into the supervisor pool in accordance with the designed injection rate, even, smoothly and safely. Particle recovery unit is one of the main devices for particle impact drilling. The device achieves the purpose of particle recovery, treatment and storage in drilling fluid. On the basis of data investigation and analysis of the principle of the recovery system, the project design of the particle recovery unit, the flow design of the particle recovery device and the well site layout design of the particle recovery device are carried out. Then, by means of combining the technical parameters and experiments of particle impact drilling, the parameter design and type selection of the device in particle recovery scheme are carried out, and a complete set of recovery equipment suitable for particle impact drilling site application is finally determined.
