油气管道阴极保护在线监测系统研究

【摘要】:当今油气长输管道依旧是国内成品油气传输的主要途径,因此油气管道的防腐保护仍是人们关注的经典话题,而阴极保护系统就是近年来国内解决油气管道腐蚀问题的首要方案,随着阴极保护技术的发展和管道建设需求的日益增多,阴极保护在国内主要依照人为按期收集记录的方式,工作量高、数据录入不稳定、不能实时的进行数据的分析,这些都仍然是人们需要解决的难题。本文对油气管道的阴极保护在线监测系统的实现进行研究,首先根据选题的背景及意义对国内外的阴极保护进行了归类分析,总结出阴极保护的方法主要有牺牲阳极保护法,外加电流保护法和排流保护等,然后根据阴极保护的防护种类和各种类保护法在实际使用中的优劣关系,在采用最大保护电位、100mV极化值准则和GPRS通讯技术的条件下对阴极保护在线监测系统下位机的软硬件和上位机的数据交互显示进行研究,并最终通过现场的实际演示来完成本论文。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, oil and gas pipeline is still the main way of oil gas transmission in China, so the anticorrosion and protection of oil and gas pipeline is still a classic topic that people pay attention to. The cathodic protection system is the most important solution to the corrosion problem of oil and gas pipeline in recent years. With the development of cathodic protection technology and the increasing demand for pipeline construction, cathodic protection mainly collects records according to artificial schedule in China. The workload is high, the data input is unstable, and the analysis of data can not be carried out in real time, these are still the problems that people need to solve. In this paper, the realization of online monitoring system for cathodic protection of oil and gas pipelines is studied. Firstly, according to the background and significance of the selected topic, the cathodic protection at home and abroad is classified and analyzed, and the main methods of cathodic protection are summarized as sacrificial anode protection law. Applied current protection and drain protection, etc., and then according to the protection types of cathodic protection and the advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of protection laws in practical use, Under the condition of maximum protection potential, 100mV polarization criterion and GPRS communication technology, the software and hardware of the lower computer of the online monitoring system for cathodic protection and the data interactive display of the upper computer are studied. And finally through the actual demonstration of the scene to complete this paper.
