六级及四级分支井工具研究

【摘要】:分支井技术是目前世界石油界公认的提高油气井产量的钻完井重要技术手段。国际上按照完井的难易程度将分支井技术系统共分为六个级别,其中四级以下系统应用的比较广泛,分支窗口处普遍采用水泥固井,其密封性达不到高温高压井及稠油热采的开采,而六级系统因其技术不成熟、成本高,鲜有应用。以辽河油田为例,稠油及难动用储量占总量的70%以上,亟待开发完善分支井系统来满足生产需要。本文采用有限元分析和地面试验验证的方法,优选出一种屈服强度达到450MPa且具有良好塑性的双相钢作为分叉装置的加工材料,其可满足打压大于20MPa且膨胀30%的技术要求。根据福贝尔公式,考虑到安全系数和焊接的焊缝效应及压制变性后井下液压恢复形状回复角不足情况,确定了六级分支井分叉装置的壁厚8mm及主分支直径133mm压制管并进行六级分支井分叉装置机械、密封耐压等探索性试验,为高级别分支井的研发提供借鉴意义。改进的四级分支井密封方式,解决了四级分支井无法有效密封的问题;造斜器防转工具的设计研制消除了管柱在作业中转动的风险:一趟钻冲洗式空心导斜器相关工具的配套研制,简化了施工工艺,拓展了其应用范围。
[Abstract]:Branching well technology is recognized as an important means of drilling and completion in oil and gas wells in the world. According to the degree of difficulty and ease of completion, the branch well technical system is divided into six levels in the world, in which the system below four levels is widely used, and cement cementing is widely used in branch windows. Its sealing performance is not up to the exploitation of high temperature and high pressure wells and heavy oil thermal recovery, but the sixth stage system is seldom applied because of its immature technology and high cost. Taking Liaohe Oilfield as an example, heavy oil and hard to produce reserves account for more than 70% of the total, so it is urgent to develop and perfect the branching well system to meet the production needs. By means of finite element analysis and ground test, a kind of duplex steel with yield strength of 450MPa and good plasticity is selected as the processing material of the bifurcation device. It can meet the technical requirements of compaction greater than 20MPa and expansion of 30%. According to Faubert's formula, considering the safety factor, weld effect of welding and insufficient recovery angle of hydraulic recovery shape after pressing denaturation, The wall thickness 8mm and the main branch diameter 133mm pressing tube of the six grade branching well bifurcation device are determined and the exploratory tests of the six grade branch well bifurcation mechanism and seal pressure resistance are carried out, which provide a reference for the research and development of the high grade branch well. The improved four grade branch well sealing method solves the problem that the fourth grade branch well can not be effectively sealed; The design and development of the anti-rotation tool for the clinker eliminates the risk of the string rotation in the operation. The development of the related tools of the one-pass drill flushing hollow deflector simplifies the construction technology and expands its application range.
