含硫气藏型储气库注采工艺的研究

【摘要】:为了满足天然气调峰、事故应急和战略储备的需要,中国石油天然气股份有限公司拟在长庆气田开展储气库群建设,其中包括陕Y储气库在内的数座含硫气藏储气库。成功建设此类含硫气储气库需要合适的含硫气藏储气库注采工艺,而目前国内外尚无成熟的含硫气藏型储气库工艺技术可以借鉴。因此,先期开展陕Y含硫气藏储气库地面注采工艺的研究尤为重要。本文通过分析陕Y储气库地面注采工艺主要完成以下几点研究内容:(1)陕Y储气库注入气源是产品气,不含杂质,而采出气为含有H2S、CO2的未净化天然气,同时注采过程工况有很大不同。本文对此创新性的提出了注采双管、注采气井双向计量的工艺,简化了注采工艺流程,降低了工程投资。(2)在已知地层的破裂压力的情况下,通过利用气藏工程方法对注气系统压力节点分析,反推出注气井口压力。结合储气库压力运行范围和地面配套设备及管网设计能力进行综合考虑,得到了储气库合理的注气压力。(3)通过分析陕Y储气库采气系统节点压力的变化,以及水合物生成的条件的预测,提出了水平井两级降压,开工移动注醇,中高压采气,加热节流,三甘醇脱水的地面工艺模式。(4)针对含硫气藏储气库H2S和CO2等气体组分,在注采周期的变化规律进行了研究总结,提出了出了适合陕Y储气库的脱硫脱碳工艺。(5)经过对储气库压缩机周期性强采强注、工况变化大、适应能力强的工作特点的分析,选择了适合陕Y储气库的压缩机配置方案,同时对压缩机工况进行了校核。陕Y储气库注采工艺的研究总结为长庆气田以及国内以后大规模酸性气藏储气库的建设提供了重要经验与技术支持。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of natural gas peak shaving, accident emergency and strategic reserve, CNPC plans to build a gas storage group in Changqing gas field, including several sulfur-bearing gas reservoirs including Shaanxi Y gas reservoir. The successful construction of this kind of sulfur-bearing gas storage requires an appropriate injection and production process of the sulfur-bearing gas reservoir, but at present there is no mature sulfur-containing gas reservoir technology at home and abroad to be used for reference. Therefore, it is very important to study the surface injection and production technology of Shaanxi Y sour gas reservoir in advance. In this paper, the main research contents are as follows: (1) the injected gas source of Shaanxi Y gas storage reservoir is product gas without impurity, while the produced gas is unpurified natural gas containing H _ 2S _ 2 and CO _ 2, the main research contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the injected gas source of Shaanxi Y gas storage reservoir is product gas without impurity. At the same time, the working conditions of injection-mining process are very different. In this paper, the technology of dual pipe injection and gas injection and bidirectional measurement of gas injection well is put forward, which simplifies the injection and production process and reduces the project investment. (2) under the condition of known formation fracture pressure, By using gas reservoir engineering method, the pressure node of gas injection system is analyzed and the wellhead pressure of gas injection system is deduced. The reasonable gas injection pressure is obtained by considering the operation range of gas storage reservoir and the design ability of ground supporting equipment and pipe network. (3) the change of node pressure of gas production system in Shaanxi Y gas storage reservoir is analyzed. As well as the prediction of hydrate formation conditions, this paper puts forward the surface process model of two-stage depressurization, starting to move alcohol injection, medium-high pressure gas recovery, heating throttling, and dehydration of triethylene glycol in horizontal wells. (4) aiming at the gas components such as H _ 2S and CO2 in sulfur-containing gas reservoirs, The variation law of injection-production cycle is studied and summarized, and the desulphurization and decarburization process suitable for Shaanxi Y gas storage reservoir is put forward. (5) through the analysis of the working characteristics of gas storage compressor with periodic strong production and strong injection, the working conditions change greatly and the adaptability is strong. The compressor configuration scheme suitable for Shaanxi Y gas storage is selected, and the compressor condition is checked at the same time. The research on injection and production technology of Shaanxi Y gas storage reservoir provides important experience and technical support for the construction of Changqing gas field and large scale acid gas reservoir in China.
