基于自控专业设计的罐区自动化及仪表选型研究

【摘要】:罐区是石化企业中非常重要的储运设施,也是国家能源战略建设的重点对象。随着石化行业的不断发展,对罐区流程及自动化先进性和安全性的要求也日益提高。目前很多中小型企业和老国企部分装置暴露出的很多问题已引起国家和业主的高度重视。本文依托一项目前运行良好的改造装置,基于工程设计项目中自控专业的设计经验和体会,进行了探讨和总结。针对原罐区生产工艺复杂、添加剂配比要求严格、品种多样、互换性差的特点,重点研究了控制系统改造和仪表选型。本文以辽宁同益石化有限公司3万吨/年MTBE装置和10万吨/年特种蜡装置及配套设施改造项目为对象,结合罐区工艺流程特点和自动化水平不高的实际,提出了罐区自动控制系统的设计方案,控制系统改造选择PCS7作为平台,从仪表选型、软硬件配置、设计总体布局及系统的最终实现几个方面探讨和研究了设计过程中的方法和思路。在此基础上,选用先进的自动化控制仪表取代原有的老式仪表,对各类检测仪表进行剖析,并首次成功应用无线仪表系统解决实际施工过程中遇到的难题。着重介绍了伺服液位计在改造过程中的应用。目前原罐区通过改造已经实现了较先进的自动化水平,通过本次的成功应用经验,希望在以后的工作学习中为类似装置的应用打下更优良的基础。
[Abstract]:Tank area is a very important storage and transportation facility in petrochemical enterprises, and it is also the key object of national energy strategy construction. With the development of petrochemical industry, the requirement of advanced process, automation and safety of tank area is also improved day by day. At present, many problems exposed by many small and medium enterprises and some old state-owned enterprises have attracted great attention of the state and the owners. Based on the design experience and experience of automatic control major in engineering design project, this paper discusses and summarizes the improvement device which runs well before a project. In view of the complex production process, strict requirements of additive ratio, variety and poor interchangeability in the original tank area, the control system modification and instrument selection are emphatically studied. This paper takes the MTBE plant of Liaoning Tongyi Petrochemical Co., Ltd., 30, 000 t / a, the special wax plant of 100000 t / year and the retrofit project of supporting facilities as the object, combining the characteristics of the process flow and the fact that the automation level is not high in the tank area. The design scheme of automatic control system in tank area is put forward. PCS7 is selected as the platform for the improvement of the control system, and the instrument selection, hardware and software configuration are introduced. The design method and train of thought in the design process are discussed and studied in several aspects of the overall layout of the design and the final implementation of the system. On this basis, the advanced automatic control instruments are used to replace the old ones, and all kinds of measuring instruments are analyzed, and the wireless instrument system is successfully used to solve the problems encountered in the actual construction process for the first time. The application of servo level meter in the process of transformation is emphatically introduced. At present, the original tank area has already realized the advanced automation level through the transformation, through this successful application experience, hopes to lay a better foundation for the similar device application in the future work study.
