乳化液直接进样ICP-MS法测定润滑油中的金属含量

【摘要】:建立了乳化液直接进样ICP-MS法测定润滑油中多种金属元素含量的分析方法。将样品经过TritonX-100乳化后引入到等离子体中,通过优化实验条件确定ICP-MS仪器的最佳操作参数,采取加内标方式消除基体效应。该方法使用廉价的无机金属标准溶液,简单快速,精密度和准确度较高,加标回收率在90%~110%,相对标准偏差小于7.0%。用该方法测定润滑油样品与用有机样品直接进样方法的结果基本一致。
[Abstract]:A method for the determination of various metal elements in lubricating oil by direct emulsion injection ICP-MS method was established. The sample was emulsified by TritonX-100 and introduced into the plasma. The optimum operating parameters of the ICP-MS instrument were determined by optimizing the experimental conditions, and the matrix effect was eliminated by adding internal standard. This method uses cheap inorganic metal standard solution, simple and fast, high precision and accuracy, the standard recovery is 90%, the relative standard deviation is less than 7.0%. The results of determination of lubricating oil samples by this method are in good agreement with those obtained by direct injection of organic samples.
