杏北开发区抽油泵合理沉没压力的研究

【摘要】:抽油泵的合理沉没压力是确定抽油机井管理的核心因素,是保证抽油机在稳定高效下运行的关键因素,也是延长油井免修期并且最终达到最佳经济效益的基础。本文在充分调研国内外大量相关文献的基础上,全面分析气体、粘度、含水率、泵径、产液量等多种因素对抽油泵合理沉没压力的影响,详细叙述了抽油泵的工作原理及系统效率、泵效的计算方法,并制定了抽油泵合理沉没压力的设计思路和确定方法。根据不同油井的生产资料情况,确定油井产能预测是油井生产系统优化的基础。采用权重分配法,分别选择产量、泵效、经济效益、系统效率、设备利用率五个目标函数对抽油杆柱组合进行优选。同时针对不同油藏的特点,并利用现场数据资料,确定以产量最高为优选目标对抽油泵合理沉没压力的确定方法。最后筛选了杏北开发区1个区块进行优化设计,得出了合理沉没压力和下泵深度的合理范围值,并且利用java软件编制了针对该区块抽油泵合理沉没压力的优化设计软件,该软件能够满足油田现场生产的需要,油井的生产条件得到改善,使用效果良好。
[Abstract]:The reasonable sinking pressure of the pumping pump is the core factor to determine the well management of the pumping unit, the key factor to ensure the pumping unit to run under the stable and high efficiency, and the basis for prolonging the period of the oil well from repairing and finally achieving the best economic benefit. On the basis of investigating a large number of related documents at home and abroad, this paper comprehensively analyzes the influence of many factors, such as gas, viscosity, moisture content, pump diameter, liquid production and so on, on the reasonable sinking pressure of the submersible pump. The working principle, system efficiency and calculation method of pump efficiency are described in detail, and the design idea and determination method of reasonable sinking pressure of subsurface pump are worked out. According to the production data of different wells, it is the basis of optimizing the production system to determine the prediction of oil well productivity. Five objective functions of output, pump efficiency, economic benefit, system efficiency and equipment utilization ratio were selected to optimize the sucker rod string combination by weight distribution method. At the same time, according to the characteristics of different reservoirs and using the field data, the method of determining the reasonable sinking pressure of the submersible pump with the highest output as the optimum selection target is determined. At last, a block of Xingbei Development Zone is selected for optimum design, and the reasonable range of sinking pressure and depth of pump is obtained, and the optimum design software for reasonable sinking pressure of submersible pump in this block is compiled by using java software. The software can meet the needs of oil field production, the production conditions of oil wells are improved, and the application effect is good.
