基于煤层气的新型压裂用有机硼交联剂BX-Y

【摘要】:采用硼酸盐和有机配体D-果糖制备了新型有机硼交联剂BX-Y,并将BX-Y与羟丙基胍胶进行交联反应配制了BX-Y交联压裂液。考察了BX-Y的合成条件对其交联性能的影响,并利用高温滤失仪对BX-Y交联压裂液的室内性能进行了评价。实验结果表明,合成BX-Y适宜的条件为:m(硼酸盐)∶m(配体)=1∶2,硼酸盐用量13%(w)(用量均基于反应体系质量),催化剂用量2%(w),反应时间6 h,反应温度80℃。BX-Y交联压裂液体系的静态滤失量小,耐剪切性能较好,形成的压裂液冻胶在60℃、170 s~(-1)下剪切60 min,体系表观黏度大于200 m Pa·s,破胶彻底,破胶液黏度低,满足现场应用需求。采用D-果糖制备的BX-Y交联压裂液的渗透率恢复值达85%以上,伤害低,具有较好的储层保护效果。
