J油田堵水调剖措施效果评价

【摘要】:J油田目标区块进入中高含水开发期,水驱效率降低,平面矛盾加剧。为提高采收率,缓解平面矛盾,堵水调剖措施成为主要应对方法之一。本文根据低渗透裂缝性油藏特点,通过理论计算和室内实验资料、矿场动静态资料以及测试资料的系统分析总结,深入研究了J油田目标区块含水、产量等指标变化规律,预测了各项指标变化趋势。通过堵水调剖措施前后指标的对比,研究了堵水调剖对控制含水上升速度、产量递减速度的作用,测算了研究区措施增油量、降水量和有效期,评价了堵水调剖矿场试验技术效果。通过研究区各调剖井组之间开发效果的对比,研究了油层渗透率、非均质性、调剖前含水、注入调剖体系等多项因素对调剖效果的影响。采用统计回归分析方法,定量研究了调剖效果与各项影响因素间的关系,建立了调剖增油量与影响因素间关系图版。研究结果表明,J油田目标区块含水上升规律具有典型的低渗透裂缝性油藏的特征,含水上升模式分裂缝性、裂缝-孔隙性和孔隙性三种类型。区块整体含水上升模式表现为裂缝-孔隙性见水特征,中低含水期含水上升速度快、高含水期后含水上升速度有所减缓,目前处于含水快速上升阶段。目标区块不同类型见水井组在堵水调剖措施后都见到了一定的降水和增油效果。34个调剖井组措施后平均单井组累计降水量2076.37m3,含水上升率降低0.77个百分点;目标区块水驱产量递减规律为双曲递减类型,34个调剖井组措施后平均单井组累计增油量784.29t,有效期19个月。堵水调剖效果的重要影响因素包括措施时机、注入体系以及油层渗透率、厚度、裂缝发育情况。根据堵水调剖措施影响因素量化研究计算结果,措施前含水和含水非均匀系数对措施增油幅度影响最大,油层渗透率和厚度对措施增油幅度的影响相对较小。J油田实施堵水调剖技术,在选区选井方面,油层厚度大、渗透率高以及平面矛盾突出的区域措施效果更好;在见水类型方面,孔隙性见水井组措施效果更好;在措施时机方面,中含水期(含水60%以下)以前措施效果更好;在选择调剖体系方面,以缔合物凝胶+预交联颗粒+无机凝胶+复合堵剂和弱凝胶+颗粒+无机体系+封口剂效果更好。通过研究,形成了一套以产油量、含水为主要评价指标的矿场试验效果评价方法,通过水驱无措施条件下各项指标变化规律的研究,对比堵水调剖矿场实际开发指标变化特点,测算了堵水调剖措施增油量、降水量。各项指标测算方法从特低渗透油田渗流机理出发、理论分析与油田开发实践有机结合,具有较高的应用价值。
[Abstract]:When the target block of J oilfield enters the stage of middle and high water cut, the efficiency of water drive decreases and the plane contradiction intensifies. In order to improve oil recovery and alleviate plane contradiction, water plugging and profile control measures have become one of the main countermeasures. According to the characteristics of low permeability fractured reservoir, through the systematic analysis and summary of theoretical calculation, laboratory experimental data, field dynamic and static data and test data, the variation law of water cut and production rate in target block of J Oilfield is studied in depth. The change trend of each index is forecasted. By comparing the indexes before and after the water shutoff and profile control measures, the effects of water shutoff profile control on the control of water cut rising speed and production decline rate are studied, and the oil increment, precipitation and validity period of the measures in the study area are calculated. The technical effect of profile control and profile control for water plugging was evaluated. Based on the comparison of development effects among different profile control wells in the study area, the effects of reservoir permeability, heterogeneity, water cut before profile control and injection profile control system on profile control were studied. By means of statistical regression analysis, the relationship between profile control effect and influencing factors was studied quantitatively, and the relationship chart between profile control oil quantity and influencing factors was established. The research results show that the water cut rising law of target block in J oilfield has the characteristics of typical low permeability fractured reservoir, and the water cut rising pattern is divided into three types: fracture, fracture-porosity and porosity. The whole water cut rising pattern of the block shows the characteristics of fracture and porosity, the water cut rising speed is fast in the middle and low water cut period, the water cut rising speed is slowed down after the high water cut period, and it is in the water cut fast rising stage at present. The effect of water shutoff and profile control measures on water shutoff and profile control has been observed in different types of wells in target blocks. After 34 profile control measures, the average cumulative precipitation of single well group is 2076.37 m3, and the water cut rise rate is reduced by 0.77%. The decline rule of water drive production in target block is hyperbolic decline type. After 34 profile control well groups, the cumulative oil increment of single well group is 784.29 t, and the validity period is 19 months. The important factors influencing the effect of water plugging and profile control include the timing of measures, injection system, permeability, thickness and fracture development of reservoir. According to the results of quantitative study on the influencing factors of water shutoff and profile control measures, the water cut and non-uniform coefficient of water cut before the measures have the greatest influence on the oil increasing amplitude of the measures. The effect of reservoir permeability and thickness on the oil increase amplitude is relatively small. In J Oilfield, the regional measures with large reservoir thickness, high permeability and prominent plane contradiction are better in selecting wells by water plugging and profile control. In terms of the type of water appearing, the effect of the measures of the porosity well group is better, and the effect of the measures before the middle water cut period (less than 60% of the water cut) is better than that of the other measures. In the selection of profile control system, the composite plugging agent of association gel pre-crosslinked particle inorganic gel and the sealing agent of weak gel particle inorganic system are better. Through the research, a set of evaluation method of field test effect is formed, which takes oil production and water cut as the main evaluation index. Through the study of the change law of each index under the condition of no measure of water flooding, the characteristics of actual development indexes of water plugging and profile control field are compared. The oil increase and precipitation of profile control measures for water shutoff are calculated. Based on the percolation mechanism of ultralow permeability oil field and the combination of theoretical analysis and oilfield development practice, each index calculation method has high application value.
