海上J油田活化水体系配方及性能研究

【摘要】:为了解决J油田注水井压力高所导致的注水井欠注问题,优选出了以复配型表面活性剂S005为主剂、黏土稳定剂HY-01为助剂,组成为1×10~3~2×10~3mg/L S005+2×10~4mg/L HY-01的活化水体系,研究了该活化水体系的地层水配伍性、耐冲刷性能、抗盐性能、耐温性能和热稳定性能。结果表明,该活化水体系与原油间的界面张力能达到超低数量级,对膨润土的防膨率大于90%,具有一定的降压增注效果。该活化水体系具有良好的耐冲刷性能、抗盐性能和耐温性能。经过冲刷4次后,活化水体系防膨率保持在85%左右,防膨率保留率在95%以上。随着NaCl浓度增加,活化水体系油水界面张力呈数量级下降,活化水体系对膨润土防膨率保持基本不变。随着温度(55~82℃)升高,活化水体系对膨润土的防膨率增加,在82℃下老化30 d后对膨润土防膨率超过90%。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of underinjection caused by high pressure in water injection wells in J Oilfield, the activated water system with compound surfactant S005 as main agent and clay stabilizer HY-01 as auxiliary, composed of 1 脳 10 ~ (3) N _ (32) 10~3mg/L S _ (0052) 脳 10~4mg/L HY-01, was selected. The compatibility, scour resistance, salt resistance, temperature resistance and thermal stability of the activated water system were studied. The results show that the interfacial tension between the activated water system and crude oil can reach ultra low order of magnitude, and the anti-swelling rate of bentonite is more than 90, which has a certain effect of reducing pressure and increasing injection. The activated water system has good scour resistance, salt resistance and temperature resistance. After 4 times of scouring, the anti-swelling rate of activated water system was about 85%, and the retention rate of anti-swelling rate was more than 95%. With the increase of NaCl concentration, the oil-water interfacial tension of activated water system decreases by an order of magnitude, and the anti-swelling rate of bentonite remains basically unchanged in activated water system.
