吴起采油厂多层产出液混合结垢的研究与防治方法

【摘要】:在油田生产系统中,结垢往往会造成油层伤害、管道堵塞、不均匀腐蚀等问题,甚至影响油田的正常生产。目前,油田最常用的防垢方法是化学防垢法,它具有较好的阻垢效果,但成本高,操作复杂,而且会增加环境负担。磁防垢具有一定的防垢效果,其特点是成本低、维修简单、安装管理方便,不会造成环境污染。本文针对吴起采油厂集输系统结垢严重提出将两种防垢方法有效的结合,在确保防垢效果同时,降低生产成本,减少环境污染。化学防垢剂的筛选实验表明:单一防垢剂中防25与防35的防垢效果最好,复配防垢剂中复防21与复防60防垢效果最好,二者在浓度为60mg/L时,对碳酸钙与硫酸钙的防垢率在95%以上,对硫酸钡与硫酸锶的防垢率在80%以上,复配防垢剂的防垢效果优于单一防垢剂;为使现场产出液分离水混合达到阻垢标准,在室温下复防21加药浓度为195~215mg/L,在80℃高温下复防60的加药浓度为270~310mg/L。磁防垢实验表明:静态和动态下的磁化方式都可以有效延缓单一产出液和不同层产出液混合的结垢趋势,但不能完全阻止垢的产生;静态下先磁化后混合与混合后放置同时磁化两种磁化方式,后者的防垢性能强于前者,低温下的磁化防垢效果优于高温;动态下先磁化后混合磁化方式能够大大延缓管道内结垢的生成,混合后磁化也能起到一定防垢效果,但相比前者防垢效果大幅度降低;磁场对不同的防垢剂的增效效果不同,其中增幅效果较大的是复防21与复防60。现场试验表明:复防60磁化后在加量为200mg/L时能够完全抑制结垢现象,不出现堵塞现象。
[Abstract]:In the production system of oil field, scaling will often cause formation damage, pipeline blockage, uneven corrosion and even affect the normal production of oil field. At present, chemical scale inhibition is the most commonly used scale control method in oil field. It has good scale inhibition effect, but its cost is high, its operation is complicated, and it will increase the environmental burden. Magnetic antiscaling has certain anti-scaling effect, which is characterized by low cost, simple maintenance, convenient installation and management, and will not cause environmental pollution. According to the scaling of the gathering and transportation system of Wuqi Oil production Plant, this paper puts forward the effective combination of two kinds of scale prevention methods, which can reduce the production cost and environmental pollution in order to ensure the scale control effect at the same time. The screening experiment of chemical scale inhibitor shows that the scale control effect of 25 and 35 of the single scale inhibitor is the best, and that of compound scale inhibitor is the best when the concentration is 60mg/L. The scale inhibition rate of calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate is more than 95%, and that of barium sulfate and strontium sulfate is more than 80%. The scale inhibition effect of compound scale inhibitor is better than that of single scale inhibitor. In order to achieve the scale inhibition standard, the concentration of compound 21 was 195 ~ 215mg / L at room temperature, and the concentration of reproof 60 was 270 ~ 310mg / L at 80 鈩,
