苏西区块排水采气工艺技术研究

【摘要】:苏西区块位于苏里格气田的西区,2008年进入气田有效发开,气井产水严重,随着生产地层压力的下降,积液气井逐渐增多。井口压力大幅度下降,产量急剧递减,对天然气的生产造成严重的危害。排水采气工艺作为挖掘气井生产潜力、提高采收率的重要技术,在苏西区块实施多年,有一定效果。但排水采气工艺技术的深入研究,还缺少理论支持。通过该论文的研究,包括产水特征研究,气井的产能和积液判别方法,井筒流态研究,井下节流器对泡排的影响研究,速度管柱井的不同产水的井筒摩阻研究,新技术应用试验,进一步建立苏西区块排水采气工艺技术理论体系,提供低产低效气井的管理方法和理论依据,指导现场天然气生产。
[Abstract]:Suxi block is located in the western part of Sulige gas field. In 2008, it entered into the gas field effectively and produced serious water. With the decrease of production pressure, the accumulation of gas wells gradually increased. The wellhead pressure is greatly reduced and the output decreases sharply, which causes serious harm to the production of natural gas. As an important technology to excavate the production potential of gas wells and improve oil recovery, drainage gas recovery technology has been implemented in Suxi area for many years and has certain effect. But the deep research of drainage gas recovery technology is still lack of theoretical support. Through the research of this paper, including the characteristics of water production, the productivity of gas wells and the method of judging the accumulation of fluids, the study of wellbore flow pattern, the influence of downhole throttle on bubble discharge, and the study of frictional resistance of different water producing wells in velocity string wells. The application test of new technology further establishes the theoretical system of drainage gas production technology in Suxi block, provides the management method and theoretical basis of low production and low efficiency gas well, and guides the field natural gas production.
